We really enjoyed our stay over Easter, loved our apartment. We had view of mountains and pumicestone passage. Lovely and comfortable. Rooftop pool and spa was great. We loved the location, did not need the car at all. Wanted to stay longer. Will definitely come back thank you Margaret and Tony.

We stayed with our 2 young boys in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was well laid out and had all the amenities we needed. We checked in late on a Public Holiday so we were sent a message with all the instructions to get our key and park our car etc. This was fantastic. The pool is not large, but it has a fantastic view and at night when lit up is perfect. Not many places have a rooftop pool. Access to the hotel by car is very easy, and if walking it is very close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and parks. Would definitely look at staying here again, when we have more time to enjoy the immediate surroundings.

We have visited Caloundra well over a dozen times and stayed at most of the resorts. This resorts pool with the views is the best so far. The spa is warm as is the pool. The BBQ facilities are excellent for alfresco dining. The gym is small but functional and the sauna is great for relaxing, although the Queensland weather provided plenty of heat. Our room 701 provided great views off both balconies. It's a shame that a resort built across the road has obstructed the sunrise, but still pretty nevertheless. The beds were comfortable and most appliances worked a treat. The oven timer didn't work and the fry pan was not great to cook on. We also didn't have a remote for the bedroom. Apart from those minor issues, it is great p[lace to stay for families. Centrally located, a short walk to everything, and plenty yummy restaurants to tempt us every night. Price could be slightly better but demand and supply!! Oh and the internet is too slow, use 4G or bring your own toggle.

First stay at this hotel, our usual spots down the coast were booked out so we decided to head north. Partial water view, a little disappointed we were not in a front apartment, but we did have a beautiful view of glasshouse mountains, especially at sunset. Rooftop pool was great, amazing unobstructed view, and spa genuinely heated which is always a bonus! Only suggestion is for more shaded areas. We did have a few issues with our stay though. Our room 805 was right next to the refuse Shute, and there was a constant bad smell emanating from this which hit you the moment you walked into the corridor. The showers were poorly designed, (both of them leaking water all over the floor), the carpet was a little tired and the blinds had some mould. Comfortable beds however, and the kitchen had everything you could want, including multiple sharp knives. Wifi was a joke, 1GB didn't seem to be genuine as ran out very quickly. All in all, an ok stay - if we could guarantee a front room next time we may stay again, but we would certainly not want the same room.

We stayed in room 805, the "partial view" was actually a good one of the Caloundra harbour across to Bribie Island with excellent sunsets. The apartment had excellent sound insulation, well furnished, very comfortable beds and was extremely clean. The resort is efficiently run with very friendly staff who are extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to return. It is not on the beach front, about 150 m back but with excellent views from the front apartments and the swimming pool. Great central location. Secure parking.

This was our second stay and we had a few disappointments when we compared to our previous stay. We booked online and requested an ocean front apartment. We should have called the hotel direct to be more specific, so we can accept some fault here. The apartment we received was on the right side of the building (looking at the building with the Pumicestone Passage behind you). We did have nice views, but it was not as good as what we previously had. We also found that this side of the building to be extremely noisy with garbage trucks making multiple visits on the day the refuse was collected. We also found it to be very noisy with the neighbouring restaurants dumping their glass bottles. On one of the days, the hotel sewage system was being pumped out by a truck and the smell was so offensive, that I had to close up all the windows. We did wonder why this was done in the high season? When we arrived at the apartment, I did contact reception to see if they had any other rooms available on the front of the building, but they did not respond. I contacted them a second time and there was still no response. The third time I contacted them (which was the day before we left), hotel management advised our messages had been overlooked and put the fault with the previous management and there being a changeover. At no time did management offer to discuss why we had contacted them. We found the attitude of the hotel management to be quite poor. We spoke to them about another issue and they kind of laughed it off. The hotel needs some attention. Nothing too drastic, just coats of paint here and there. Our ensuite shower would leak over the floor very badly. The lobby on our level generally smelt bad and we think it is from the refuse chute. There really needs to be some sort of ventilation to stop the odors. This may not bother everyone, but we had a real issue with other apartment occupants smoking and the cigarette smoke wafting into our apartment. It sometimes got so strong that we needed to close the doors and windows. The smell of the cigarette smoke would sometimes start as early as 6am on their balconies. Not nice at all... The master bedroom had no privacy lock on the door. We found the free Wi-Fi to be a joke. It did not work most of the time and there is a 1Gb limit each day that we would somehow reach in rapid time. We were shocked to find that in high season, you have to be checked out of your apartment by 9:30am. The hotel is in a great location for sure and the pool on the roof is fabulous. However, I am considering looking at other hotel options for our next visit to Caloundra.

We stayed a few days in room 804 which is a three bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It looks like it has just been painted and has the best ocean views right around to the sunset over the glasshouse mountains. There is a huge TV in the living area as well as a good size TV in the main bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Breakfast each morning on the balcony was very peaceful. Everything is within easy walking distance to restaurants, beach & supermarket as well as having two car spaces if needed. The rooftop pool and spa was terrific at the end of the day again with nice sunsets. Thank you for our stay, we will be back for sure and hope to get room 804 again.

This was my birthday present from my daughter, there was 5 of us including my 2 `1/2 yr old grandson. I have stayed in condos like this all over North America & Australia, this one was disappointing. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach & shoppes. The condo was clean but lacking in ALOT of supplies. No face clothes, not enough soap for laundry, bathing & dish washing, only 2 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, the knives wouldn't even slice the bread!! There wasnt even enough dishes considering we had a 3 bed condo and not even a salt & pepper were supplied. The A/C unit was VERY noisy inside & out. No staff was available to ask any questions. The wifi included was very limited, actually cut me off the last day we were there. I'm not sure of the cost but I'm going to say other than the location & cleanliness, perhaps looking elsewhere might be recommended.

We stayed with my parents and 2.5 year old in a 9th floor 3 bed apartment. Positives The location is amazing - close to everything and many choices for food. One block back from the beach Views from the balcony are unreal. Beds very very comfy, plenty of space and the master bath with double shower was awesome. Was great to have parking included. Rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna and gym all great. L Negatives For what we were paying a night I would have expected a lot more supplies. One measly packet of dish soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper??? Some basics in the kitchen would also have been great like salt and pepper and at least a couple of steak knives. Kitchen cooktop also was horrendous and the kitchen was pretty hopelessly equipped. Don’t plan to cook unless you bring your own fry pans and knives. Also there was a broom but no dust pan? Rooftop pool area was great but got too cold and windy later in the day. We also stayed Saturday - Tuesday and only saw reception open once the whole time we stayed. Air con was also a bit volatile - freezing in the main living area and hot in the bedrooms. Generally overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably find somewhere cheaper next time.

Staff were friendly and professional, easy to find but so is most things in Caloundra. Positives - room was clean Convenient location Nice view from pool Negatives - room needs a freshen up, paint , carpet some furniture etc. The view from the pool was lovely but once the wind picked up it was to breezy to swim on the roof top. Rooms are not serviced unless you stay more than 7 days, we stayed 6 and due to the shower screen not closing properly we had to use towels to mop up and therefore could of done with some fresh ones. We didn't request this so not sure if it would have been an issue. Noise, we stayed on level 2 and it was quite noisy from traffic etc.
