We arrived at the motel later in the evening. We had driven a long distance that day. When we got to the motel and checked in we had no problem. The room we got was awesome!
The property seemed to be older but some remodeling was ongoing while we were there. Our room was larger than average and in decent shape. The hotel is surrounded by shopping including typical chain restaurants. The downside to the location was that it was a bit noisy first thing in the morning. Would stay there again.
Clean, convenient location & friendly staff.
Easy access off interstate. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Very satisfied - will stop there again - highly recommend.
I love the location of East Towne I wish they would update their card readers so you wouldn’t have to reinstate them each day end it would be nice if they would clean up the ants in the bathroom

Its an older hotel and it had a stale smell when you walked in, and the ventilation system in the room had a worse smell (like maybe pet urine?) The bathroom in the room had a broken toilet seat, and the sink barely drained. There was a long hair on the clean towels. The room was dark and when you opened the smallish window, there was a view of a nearby gas station. I was there for three nights and there was no service of the room, no clean towels, etc. The front desk told me at checkout they would have serviced the room if I had asked. Wouldn’t stay here again if there were newer, better located options, especially if i planned to spend much time in the room.
I love this hotel love where it’s located don’t care so much about their card readers they need to be updated BADLY had to get the cards reformatted two times in a three night stay other than that love the hotel the staff was awesome and breakfast was very good

Super friendly staff at check in. The hotel is right off the hwy which makes it convenient for travelers. A ton of restaurants nearby including the mall. Room was very spacious with a nice balcony.
Parki g could be netter .....should have no smoking near the doors. Awful to come out of the exit door to have a big puff of smoke in your gace ....no smoking near doors ....elevator need some work .. First impression of elevators looked dismal and dirty. That impression stays with you when you get to ypur room ....toilet was so slow has to hold the handle in order to flush.
Did not like there hidden fees. 100.00 per night deposits. Thank goodness I wasn’t staying for a week. Still waiting for my refund!
