Hot water is a struggle on cold weather
House keeping need to be retrained. Don't answer the phone. Provided toiletries for 1 person 2 nights in a row despite reminder we had booked a family room with 4 people. Rudely asked which toiletries we wanted Re-filled. Waited for a bus at the cultural village for 1 hour despite calling 3 times and threatening to write a bad review. When the driver came he told me he had not come to pick us up but the old white ladies. I told him no way was I going to wait any longer for the 20 minute elusive bus. Staff at Waterworld don't work in shifts so at lunch everyone closes.
Great stay! Would go there again. Great breakfast. Beautiful grounds. Loved the monkeys
A lot of fun activities, such as mini golf and the wave pool.
Went on game life drive, my stay was awsome, it was a trip of a lifetime!
