Awesome staff; very good location (guessing 250 yards walk to lift); easy walk to town, restaurants and rentals; good value; got queen bed when expected king (may have been my fault); NO AIR CONDITIONING; nice bathroom with nice tub with jets; PULL OUT COUCH IS NOT SLEEPABLE - needs updating; mattress horrible; queen bed nice mattress; FOUR outdoor hot tubs great and all working; heated pool; overall good value.

We stayed in one of the suites, and it was perfect for a family of 4 with young children because of the kitchen. The ski-in and out, ski school and child care all on site are perfect. The pool and hot tubs were great too. Wish there were more restaurant options, but the location in the center of town makes everything walkable. The valet staff were great - stored our skis and provided shuttle services too. Overall, a great experience!

Great location and access to town. Easy to park. Nice rooms

Felt so much like home in the studio room. Had a great stay. Only suggestion would be to turn on the overhead heaters out by the hot tubs. Would have helped with the crazy ice patches when you're walking near the hot tubs. Otherwise absolutely amazing place!

Very large room. Wish it would have told us how to use the Firestarter and where to control the heat. Otherwise nice stay!

Conveniently located next to the slopes. Friendly staff.

A Our room was very warm with Windows open above a busy street . to loud and not comfortable

No breakfast or place to eat.... Stupid resort fee when you check out...... We just needed a place to sleep for the night.... For $250 it's so not worth it.....

LOCATION WAS GREAT BUT A LITTLE OUTDATED. THEY HAD WHAT LOOKED LIKE WERE COLLEGE KIDS RUNNING THE PLACE SO THE SERVICE WAS MEDIOCRE AT BEST

I started freaking out a little when I started reading reviews for this place after I had already booked. Lots of harsh words about the shabbiness and outdated decor of the rooms. Our 2 bedroom condo in Chateaux- room 1014- may very well have been the most outdated of the bunch. We are talking silk ivy plants hanging from brass wall sconces in the bathroom. But you know what? It didn't negatively affect our trip in any way. The room was huge, the location can't be beat. The few times we ever needed to talk to the staff they were charming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the hot tub. The location was excellent and the view from our room was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped to make several meals. Our biggest gripe was that the mattress sagged pretty bad.

everything was great would recommend to others about

we picked the room for the kitchen. The room was very small, but had what we needed. No frills really. We did like the indoor/outdoor pool.

We stayed here for a week to ski Breckenridge and Keystone. This Village Hotel is all about convenience and hospitality. It is right at the base of one of the main slopes and right in the middle of of the Main St Shops and restaurants. Everything was within easy walking distance and a car wasn't necessary with the great transit system. The staff here is incredible helpful and easy to work with. The room we stayed in was clean and roomy, but could have used an update for looks. The staff friendliness and outstanding location quickly made us forget about this minor point. Great stay for family or friends ski trip.

Prompt response from all the staff. Rooms were adequate except they need bigger TV sets with more channel options. Main complaint is about the distance and inconvenience to reach the Gym facilties.

Loved this room, Very good value for the price... It was very comfortable. Well decorated, maybe a tad outdated. But still a terrific value!

The studio was nicely decorated, in the mountain spirit. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area is spacious. The staff was friendly.

I wonder how a place can charge over $180 and not even offer a breakfast!

Everything was fantastic , location, value, views, except Wi-fi reception was terribly slow. Will definitely go back, maybe leaving my electronic devices at home

The staff is incredible and the location could not be better. We will be back!
