I absolutely love this place, since we got there the front desk girls were super welcoming, I met other staff members and they are always polite and recommended places to eat, visit, shop, etc. Fresh coffee throughout the day, walkable skii access, the rooms were super comfy with gorgeous views of the town. It felt like I was in a Christmas movie.
The facility was expensive and frankly I don’t feel the quality of the overall experience justified what we paid. The biggest issue was a malfunctioning toilet that had to be flushed multiple times with each use. There were also only two cloths hangers provided and the electronic door lock did not work. These issues were subsequently rectified with the exception of the toilet problem.
Location is unbeatable. Able to walk everywhere in Breckenridge. Drank my coffee every morning while sitting on a boulder in the river. You can hear some nightlife from nearby, but they quiet down by 11pm.
The beds in the property are old and ver uncomfortable. The pillows are terrible. I ended up with a huge backache and nothing could be done. I was supposed to stay for two nights but left after the first night when the property could not do anything for me and would not even refund the second night.

The rooms have no air conditioning! In the summer, this can be simply awful. If you're there to ski, this probably isn't an issue for you, of course.
Room and hotel were very noisy with barking dogs; hallway doors slamming; thin walls where you could hear the people next door; & teenagers in between rooms. The weather was 48 degrees outside and the room was very hot and stuff with no ventilation. Painting construction outside room door I ended up checking out after two hours, management was not avail or did not contact me back after four weeks with multiple attempts. Disputed charge with CC company, however, management manipulated check out date and time to show stay was full time. This stay/reservation/hotel is a disaster.

This establishment is in a great location And the Staff was very helpful and overall we had a great experience.
We had a lovely stay at River Mountain Lodge. We ended up with a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with a view of the town/river and it was AWESOME. Any staff we encountered were super nice and accommodating. Great location. Great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice hotel within walking distance to shopping and dining. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Very fast wifi. Very friendly though limited staff due to Coronavirus pandemic. Free parking in basement garage v
