Loved staying at Pine Ridge. This was my second stay at this location and I would definitely recommend. The condo are a generous size and the location is perfect walking distance to downtown Breck.

Very friendly staff. We stayed in unit 5F and absolutley loved it. Very spacious and well maintained.

Everything was excellent. The facility was clean and up to date. Rooms except for bathroom were very spacious. Good location near attractions. Excellent breakfast. Elevators worked a little sporadically and the breakfast room isn't large enough, but little else was not really pleasant. Would stay there again and recommend it.

Pine Ridge condos in Breck are older but seem to be well taken care of & the location was perfect for our needs. Each condo is individually owned so things like furniture & kitchen stuff could vary a lot. We stayed in a 1 bed/2 bath (1B) that was clean & cozy. It was somewhat dated but I would not hesitate to stay here again. We did not think the mattress was comfortable but other things outweighed that detail. We enjoyed sitting out on the 2 small decks & we LOVED having a fire in the wood burning fireplace. Easy walk to Main St.

Very nice condominium. Excellent location. Nice and quiet. Really enjoyed it.

We were there with some kids and family, large enough for 4 kids (loved the loft), kitchen was nice. The place was clean. The place inside was a little dark, maybe due to the wood paneling and lack of sunlight. Overall, quite nice.

The place was great! I traveled with two friends and we were all very comfortable here. We are in our mid 20's so the nightlife was important too, and we could easily walk to the town. Very affordable and easy all around.

Stayed here off season in April. No one there. Very quiet. Roomy and comfy. Liked wood fireplace. Would stay again though it might be a different experience in the crazy winter months.

We stayed at the pines over the Fourth of July with our 3 and 5 year olds. The unit was clean and location was super convenient. We stayed in a platinum unit which was worth the extra money. Plan on staying here again.

Everything was good. We checked in late and never got to meet any of the staff. We were on the road the next morning.

I am not going to write a novel here about Pine Ridge, but my group and I have stayed here the last 3 years running so here are your real life pros/cons... Pros: True ski-in to Breck off of the 4 o'clock run, very convenient at end of day Very close walk to Main Street Town free bus service stops right outside your door Condo unit is stocked with all you need to live there for your trip (utensils, cookware, some toiletry items, etc.) Rooms are very clean Most units have modern TV's, dvd players, radio, etc. Free lockable ski lockers are a great convenience to store all the wet stuff Units are relatively quiet during night hours or at least have been for my stays Hot tubs are on site although I never used them, look fun though Free, ample parking Cons: Staff is really not around much outside of office hours but you will likely not need them much outside of check-in/out The air quality in the units tends to be very dry and can make sleeping tough (some units have humidifiers in the rooms, but filters were gross so we did not use them) The beds are not super comfortable, but that depends on the unit you get Overall this place is great IMO, however I have never stayed here with a family with young kids so I cannot vouch for that type of experience. I mostly see young people (teens-middle age) that stay there. Hope this helps!

great place t stay. Lots of room, homey and close to the sites.

Hotel was remodeled, very clean, and close to downtown.

Was a ton of space, we loved it here! Great location.

Within walking or bicycle distance of just about anything you'd want to do in Breck. The parking is rough, as there don't seem to be enough spaces. But, like I said, if you can get a spot when you get there, use your legs to get around the town during your trip and you'll never need to move your car anyway. Nice condos with kitchens, which can save you $$ by not having to buy a few meals. I'll definately stay at this property again. Much more enjoyable than a local big hotel we stayed in a few years ago.

Was only there for one night but it was very clean and comfortable. Location is wonderful! Walking distance to river walk. Highly recommend it!

We stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. When we checked in they had us on the top floor which was difficult for my husband with a bad knee. The staff were very accommodating when I asked for a unit on a lower floor. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely go back.

The condo was just off Park Ave and was very convenient to downtown Breckenridge, especially for the race finish in Breckenridge. The unit was clean with all the furnishings to make us feel at home.

Loved the stay. Great location. Comfortable accommodations. The price is right. The bed was a bit firm for me, but overall a great value and great time in Breckenridge. Will rent again.
