For the second year we returned to One Breckenridge Place, this time to unit 7. It was of the exact same high standard with everything you could possibly need catered for and the staff at Great Western Lodging so helpful and friendly. I can't think of anywhere better to stay in Breckenridge. The cleanliness of the units can't be beaten and the location to the town and ski lifts is perfect. There was a little more road noise in this unit than in the previous one at 16 but it wasn't enough to be of any significant concern and would not stop us returning again. We had a night flight home and as there were no guests checking in the same day, GWL didn't hesitate in letting us delay out departure which was a great help. During our stay a representative called at the house twice to offer help with things (putting out bins etc) and when it snowed continuously for 4 days, the road, drive and steps were cleared each day for us. Amazing place and equally amazing service.

We stayed in unit 16 which was so convenient to the slopes and town I wouldn't hesitate in returning. The nearest lift is less than a 5 minute walk and the top of Main Street 5 minutes max.The accommodation was spotless and had everything you could ever think of - a real home from home. Ski storage was right outside the front door so you just put your boots on and went! We rented direct through Great Western Lodging who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Highly, highly recommended.

Stayed in Unit #2 Presidents weekend 2016 with 2 other couples..... First the positive: Location, location, location. We walked less then 2 blocks to the Quicksilver Super Chair at the base of Peak nine each morning. We were on the chair heading up 1o minutes after heading out the front door. We walked into town each afternoon in less then 5 minutes. The location for 1 Breck could not be better to get to both skiing and shopping/food. The condo is in wonderful condition and decor. The place is spacious and comfortable. Each BR has a private bathroom, and a King size bed. On room includes a King with a twin size top bunk as well. Cable TV and a flat screen in each BR as well. Hot tub on the patio is a great way to unwind each afternoon as well. Kitchen is up to date and included everything we would need to cook and drink. Now the drawbacks: Noise noise noise..... The unit is directly across from Peak 9 public parking. So at 5 each morning the plow is in the lot making a racket. Sleep proved challenging as a result. There was a lot of ice build up in the complex driveway and on the steps to the unit. My pregnant wife actually slipped and fell on the ice. I would have assumed more for the area. Other than that, our group was thrilled with the rental and agreed we would love to stay again in the future.

Checked in Yesterday and unit is very nice and well appointed .The mgmt company is easy to work with, very helpful. Every thing is within walking distance as advertised. The hot tub is nice and in this unit doesn't face the road. As far as TLC little things such as a blind in one bedroom doesn't work. Toilet seat needs to be replaced also toilet paper dispenser needs repair. The dining room table seats eight and sleeping for 8 to 10 but seating in living room for 5.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at One Breckenridge Place # 12. The recent exterior remodel of the complex looks great! The unit itself is extremely nice with well appointed decorations and very comfortable furniture. I really liked the granite counter tops in the kitchen. There are flat screen TV's throughout the townhome and the King Bed was just like sleeping at home. Great idea of labeling the light switches, thermostat and fireplace it,is so helpful for a renter who is unfamiliar with the property. Especially liked the garage door with the auto shut - it meant not having to get out of the car to shut the door. Really loved the place and will definitely visit the unit again!!!!!

Unit 25 is such a great unit. This 3 bed 3 bathroom unit has the best location, It is in town! You can walk easily to Main Street, ski lifts, ski school and restaurants. We arrived to stay with our two kids and were overwhelmed with the view from the lounge room. It was spectacular, views of the Imperial. The unit has a western theme and is impeccably clean. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The lounge rooms very comfortable and has the best TV (it is 3D) and sound system. There is also an xbox one! The hot tub is on the balcony with views of the Imperial. This unit has excellent ski equipment storage in the garage. So many hooks for helmets, goggles and jackets. The owners have also thoughtfully included a ski boot drier, a ski rack and a board rack which both hold 6 skis and boards separately. The complex has a large heated pool which has and indoor section as well as an outdoor part. There is a shuttle stop directly across the road if you want to go to the base of peak 8 or to the Gondola and the shuttle is free. Our whole family had wonderful time here and were extremely impressed with Paragon Lodging's high presentation standards and customer service. We will definitely return to stay here again.

Visit Breckenridge every other year and have stayed at one Breckenridge place for last four trips. Excellent accommodation with 3 large bedrooms and large living area. Ideally suited for skiing as less than 700 steps from bottom of four o clock run so you can be in the hot tub in less than 5 minutes. Also only a very short walk to town centre for eating and drinking. Excellent accommodation and you would be hard pushed to find anywhere better suited for all round activities. Highly recommended by all of us

One Breck Place was a great place. The unit was spacious and clean. The hot tub was a plus. We all loved how close in proximity the condo was to downtown Breck: a five minute walk. I definitely will return.

We TOTALLY lucked into this place, only a 5-minute walk to the base of Peak 9!! They offered a Groupon last month, and I'm so glad I snagged it! We arrived LATE on Saturday night, and the directions for late check-in were spot-on. They even left the lights on for us! This condo was stunning from the moment we walked in. Though the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs are a little cramped, we had PLENTY of sleeping space for all seven of us, and an attached garage, to boot! The kitchen/living area is very homey, with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating, and a private hot tub just outside the back door, with a beautiful view of Main Street. We managed to get three kids and three adults in it, but didn't want to risk over-flowing it with the fourth adult. They also offer a heated pool, but we never actually got around to using it. Great Western Lodging knows Customer Service! Offering extra towels, answering lots of questions, and a follow-up email to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We'll definitely call them when we head back to Breck!

Let me start by saying that I visit Breckenridge every year and bring a fairly large group with me every time. Last season I stayed at Chip's other unit within One Breck Place so I thought it would be a good place to stay again this year so we booked with him again. Upon arrival, everything was as we expected and we were very pleased with the place and the location. Then we ran into problems... I awoke at 5am to find that the temp inside the unit had dropped to 51degF. I am a mechanical engineer by profession and have HVAC experience so I thought I should check the furnace myself to look for a problem. Upon cycling the furnace power, I found that the exhaust blower was squealing indicating a bearing failure. I called the emergency number for the management company and spoke to Matt. He was very reluctant to come out but I eventually got him to do so. He was able to get the furnace to restart by banging on the gas valve indicating that it was sticky and needed to be replaced. Matt also mentioned that this happend 4 days prior too so this was a pre-existing problem that they new about. Throughout the day I had to constantly call Matt and his boss Brian to tell them that the furnace was once again not running. They began to get very rude with me on the phone and explained that "Things just work slowly around here" and that I should basically just accept the furnace not working. They provided 6 electric space heaters and expected me to be ok with that as a permanent fix. At this point I contacted the owner Chip and explained that I was fed up with GTL and that I was looking to relocate to a hotel. GTL then called back and offered another place to stay finally sent over a mechanic with a new blower and gas valve. We ended up staying in the unit overnight but there was still a problem with the furnace as it was cycling on/off every 5 minutes. I would stay at one of Chip's places again in the future BUT ONLY WITH A NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY. Everyone that I dealt with at Great Western Lodging was very rude and dismissive. I felt that they were just trying to constantly brush me off hoping that we would tough it out through our stay so they wouldn't have to fix the problem or refund any money. Also, I would be cautious of this particular unit because the furnace was still not working properly when we left it on Monday. It was 55deg inside the unit even though the furnace was regularly running and we had 6 space heaters running too.
