Welcome to this charming Sierra-style cabin nestled in the quiet and picturesque neighborhood of Sugarloaf. Exudes rustic charm and comfort, perfect for a peaceful retreat. Close to the National Forest, Maple Hills Hiking Trails, and Sugarloaf Park. Minutes to the Village shops, restaurants, ski resorts, biking, boating, fishing, and hiking.

LIVING SPACE - Comfy 700+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, ceiling fan, (no fireplace use), and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. First bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and deck access. Second bedroom has a double bed, twin bed, and ceiling fan. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TV, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games.

OUTDOORS - Go outside to the large deck, where you can soak in the serene surroundings and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Natural gas barbecue, patio table, and chairs. Large fully fenced backyard with multiple trees, giving lots of shade in the warmer months.
