Superb service, great amenities, location worked well for us, nice rooms, dining options are good.

This is a beautiful and classic property. Nice room with view of woods on concierge floor with comfy bed. I believe what makes this property special are the employees, every one of them with a smile and extremely warm and helpful. Kudos to management and staff for a great weekend experience in Houston.

Beautiful property. I feel as if the rooms/bathrooms may need up dating to stay competitive with other like hotels.

For the price I paid, I was expecting the room to be much better. It felt like a really old room with all outdated furniture and electronics. The room was small and just didn't seem like a 4 or 5-star property. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. I would not want to stay here again

Wife and i had a great stay, good food and people, area on the property is well maintained, fitness club is excellent

Nice hotel from room to gym to food. Will definitely come back another time.

Staff was very helpful and hotel was beautiful. Room was very clean and had a very comfy bed. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa and some of the other amenities

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff was on point from checking in and giving us our room early to checking out quickly. Staff always made sure we had everything and accommodated us whenever we needed anything. Olivette is no longer there; they were doing construction on it so we had lunch at the Manor House which was lovely but the waiter was very unattentive and didn't even know that the dessert menu was print separately from the actual menu. Our meal was very good and the restaurant is stunning despite the poor service. The grounds are beautiful. There are 3 pools on the property and we chose the one with the slide it was completely crowded and the seating areas were not very clean we had to clean the area ourselves but they do have umbrellas and freshly laundered towels. There is a bar/grill there for people who want to grab a quick bite or drinks. The trails and views for the hotel were amazing and easily accessible from the 1st floor. We decided to go to uptown park for some dinner and drinks and the hotel staff arranged the shuttle to take us so we would not have to uber note that the shuttle service closes at 11 p.m. and we did have to end up ubering it back but it didn't cost very much. The bathrooms are a little tight and a little outdated but the shower is nice and the bath products are l'occitane. All in all it was a wonderful experience and a great staycation one that I will most likely repeat again.

Hotel was flooded during Harvey. Elevator does not go to every floor, hallways are Not air conditioned and there is abundant construction noise to wake you at 6am and hot water does not get hot in every room! Booked 4 rooms for a wedding and something was wrong with Every room. Bathrooms are VERY small (2 people cannot fit) and air and hot water is an issue

We hear so much about this hotel so we were excited to stay. Our excitement was short lived. The lobby is beautiful so I was anxious to get to the room. Upon walking in the mold smell was strong. The refrigerator was barely cool and the bed was very uncomfortable. Look out the window to the view of a ditch and trash. I was looking forward to a bath later that night, but got tired of waiting for the bath tub to fill with water as I guess the small water spout is part of their water conservation. In the morning we had to go downstairs to get coffee. After waiting a while for someone to find cups we decided to go get our own and left the hotel early. Will not be back.

very inconvenient location, no coffee in the room , no elevators but they said because of a construction and is ok, room was humid .

The air conditioning is set very high, we jept asking to lower it. Four of ys got sick, no one listened. We could only use the room and the outside. Lobby and restaurants were simply too cold.

The setting of this hotel is wonderful....near many things but isolated with large grounds around it. Transportation is provided to anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The entire staff is very friendly and pleasant always with a smile and wanting to serve you.

wonderful in every way...cannot say enough good things...

I regularly stay at this hotel especially given the location and sport facilities provided. This time however, the room cleanliness was an issue and many in room facilities had some problem or where not maintained (
