Incredible location. So quiet and relaxing. Wish the staff didnt have 5 jobs each where they had to check you in, make the food and pour the coffee and perform guest services while you wait.
The only thing I didn’t like was when my key card stopped working, but the staff was extremely nice and they fixed it right away. I literally have zero complains will be booking again.

No water in the room. No coffee maker in the room. No coffee at the breakfast bar. Not allowed to serve myself at the self-service breakfast buffet. Mattress has seen better days.
I always stay at this Hyatt Place Sugar Land when am in Houston. The staff know me and greet me by my name when I check in.

Excellent and outstanding service specifically the front desk personnel, l should of taking some names but all of them were great. Great location close to shopping and restaurants.
We stayed in the 7th floor but one of the elevators did not allow to go to the 7th floor and the other one was broken
