A very nice and comfortable place to stay.
Property is older and is showing some wear. The room I had was a single queen. It must of been a double queen at one time as there was a lot of empty space.
Great value for cleanliness and front desk courtesy.
Rooms reeked of fresh vomit and cigarettes. It wasn’t just the rooms though. They have smoking stations all around the hotel sitting right under wall a/c’s that suck it all into the entire hotel. If you didn’t have asthma before checking in, you will when checking out. Staff was friendly enough but this would be a condemned structure in my town. Where are the health inspectors? Why don’t employees contact OSHA? They would make sure you have a safe place to work.

We liked how clean it was, the staff were very friendly and on top of our needs, especially with an extra day we needed added. Nothing negative to say other than would like bigger bed for the single queen, seems more like a full than a queen. But comfortable.

In all everything was average, a good value for the money as this is one of the few motels in town. Breakfast could have been a bit better with a stronger brew of coffee and some protein items like eggs, bacon or sausage added to the morning items. Otherwise a place to hang out in between sightseeing and a clean room for laying your head down for the night.

The room smelled like stale smoke, but otherwise not bad for the price. Great location, friendly staff. Would stay here again and probably will.

There is not an elevator to get to second floor, but there are ground level rooms, so request that if needed. Breakfast was fairly good. Missed catsup and a few things. Room was comfortable except the a/c is a little noisy. Staff was very friendly!!!
Nothing special, but not bad at all. Breakfast everyday; make your own waffles,b&g, cereal,yogurt &fruit. Smoking outside only.

The stay at Super 8 was great. There were no problems with anything. If we had a question, the staff would answer with what they thought the correct answer was. They were all very knowledgeable about what was going on in the area. We had such a great time, we may be back to visit on another occasion.

Here at the Sturgis Super 8 we respect feedback from all of our guests and every guest that stays with us is entitled to their own opinion. However, I have been managing this property for sixteen years and am retired military. Not only do I, but all of our employees, take great pride in working here. Your remarks about this property are absolutely absurd. I Inspected that room and if it was what you said it was, I would definitely not have rented it. Other guests have stayed in that room before and after you and we received great reviews from those guests. This property was inspected by the SD Department of Health and by Wyndham and received outstanding scores by both. Also, in 2020 this property was in the top eight Super 8's in the United States and Canada based on guests reviews.
