The hotel manger was rude and ripped us off telling us the cab co would charge us fifty dollars to take a cab to wedding he said he had a van and come to out it was not hotel van it was his filthy van. at that point we had no choice we had to get to the wedding. he charge us forty dollars to get us to the wedding. Come to find out the cab was only $15.00. The other couple with us had dirty sheets on their bed. That hotel should be reported to the Health Dept. Will never recommend the hotel to anyone

The only reason I stayed there was that they aloe dogs

Checked in to the smell of cigarettes in the lobby and all over first floor. Hotel is tucked behind a truck stop on a drive that is riddled with potholes. When we got to our non-smoking suite it smelled like someone had smoked for days in there. All staff seemed to be early 20s and not dressed professionally. Front desk clerk had food stains all over shirt (young Indian looking man). They politely changed our room to a much better smelling suite which was nice but expected. Pool is only open til sunset which sucked. Carpets are very stained. Great price and comfy bed but overall left a lot to be desired.

Had to pay extra $25 for a non smoking room. I would of left but it was late at night. Got the room and it was as big as a closet

Appears I accidentally booked a smoking room, Smoking should of been listed in very large bold letters on the site as I was unaware they still existed. Wanted to change, was told they were full. After some discussion was willing to give another persons non smoking room for $50. The story changed that the other person did not pick either smoking or non to they picked non. Declined, did not want to screw someone else. Then offered me manager room, non working TV, full size bed and pull out bed vs two queens. So the room had less amenities but the staff changed me an additional $25 to switch to that room. The staff told me they get less from an Orbitz booking and it was clear to me he wanted to get more $$ out of me due to same.

Strange location for a hotel/motel. Difficult to get in and out of. All male maid service, did not speak English.

Clean property , nice people , nice clean room, strange location , but quiet

The hotel was so back out of the way it was hard to get to since it was snowing badly when we were there. The breakfast really wasn't what we are used to comparing to other hotels we stayed at. The water coming out of the tub was brown and the toilet handle broke off inside the toilet. When they came and cleaned the room, the toothpaste from my son was still in the sink from that morning. Staff was not overly friendly, we had to go get extra pillows and towels downstairs instead of them bringing them to us. I probably would not stay there again.

After 2 hours we just left and found another place. Probably lost our money but our safety is more important. Rude staff, small rooms, stained furniture, scary location, Marijuana smoke in the halls, noisy. There is nothing good I can say about this place.

Nice staff, good parking. Amazingly comfortable beds! Cool room layout.

This hotel is not near the center of Sturbridge but off the highway several exits south. It reminds me more of a truck stop motel. The building is new, but it's deep in the woods through a gas station and the drive in creeped me out. The managers reminded me of two boys who had won the lottery. They were polite but didn't seem seasoned or professional. I had booked the wrong date thru Orbitz and they did nothing to help me out. Honestly, I didn't stay. I turned around and left and found another hotel.

The room was fine. There was everything that I needed. The problem was this: During my stay I had no Housekeeping come to my room to make the bed, change towels, etc. I was on my own the entire time I was there. I couldn't even leave a tip for anyone because there was no Housekeeping staff to leave it for.

On October 4,5 and 9,10 I stayed had room reservations for a non smoking room. The first night the room smelled of tobacco smoke (towels and bedding). On first flush the toilet did not flush. When I took a bath the next morning the tub drain was plugged up . There was a trace of ashes in the ashtray. In addition the rest room in lobby was closed for repairs. The breakfast room had 6 overhead lights and 3 were out making it half dark in the room. On my second stay the room was okay however the lights in the breakfast room had not been replaced . Also the rest room in lobby was also still closed. When I checked I notified desk clerk of these conditions. I definitely would not consider reservations in this place. Further I would be hesitant about staying any other Days Inns.

Room was non smoking yet bedding, towels and room had stale tobacco smoke smell. The bath tub drain was plugged up. It didnot The toilet did not flush after I used it the first time. The breakfast was just okay. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I have second thoughts about another stay at at a Days Inn.

I was well satisfied with my overnight stay at the Baymont in East Windsor, CT. There was a problem with Wi Fi connection that needs attention - could not send Email. However this did not seriously affect my stay there.. I would stop there again on my next trip.

We traveled from out of town to attend our nieces wedding. It was not easy to find out behind a truck stop and signs don't make it clear how to get there. Has to go through other parking lots to find the hotel. When walking in the door I could tell the hotel was dated and needed to be upgraded. The staff was friendly when we checked in. Went to put room to find the bathroom had not been cleaned. There were clean linens but hair in our tub, the toilet was gross. When I went down to speak the the receptionist she was very sympathetic and set us up in another room that room also was in the same shape. I was informed there have been issues with the rooms not being cleaned properly. In the end I had to clean our own room. I am now waiting to be told how much I am going to be charged. I do not believe I should be charged Anything. Breakfast was cereal, waffles or oatmeal. The only good thing about our stay was going to Enrico's for dinner. The food was wonderful there and the staff was wonderful also. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone to stay at, my family will also never go back.

Stayed from friday night to sunday. When we got back to the room saturday night we where locked out. The hotel acted quckily and tried to fix the problem , when it didn't work they put us into another room

Blanket on the bed in the room was dirty and stained and needed to be changed, the water was actually brown in the bath tub, they have water problems there, ran out of hot water Saturday Morning at 7am for a shower and also very little water pressure. Stay away from that hotel.

A little hard to find off of the highway but inexpensive - definitely a budget travel hotel and not a destination.

We actually double booked our reservation through an online site and the hotel - not the online site, actually returned our money and then helped me argue with the online site until they refunded my money as well. The staff was amazing!
