Place was very clean and beautiful ... the only awkward time was when an employee entered the room at a not so great time and it was 3 hours prior to checkout...definitely an uncomfortable situation and should not have happened. Other than that the place was nice.

Price was changed at the property and orbitz would not refund me the difference. Paid 235.00 and tax for a room that was being sold for 179.00. That was the start...we attempted to get an early check in at 2pm we were told it would only be a few minutes and please feel free to wait in the lounge and drink some water. We waited an hour listening to the 3 women behind the desk talk about their personal lives. Exhausted we finally get into the room. We attempt to take a nap, 45 minutes after being in the room my fiance shakes me awake because someone is attempting to enter our room..."hello, hello? OMG we are so sorry!" the front desk has checked someone else into our room. Now our room keys no longer work having been deactivated to give someone else our room. The front desk is not surprised and blames it on the trainees from the last shift. However they were aware.."Oh you must be Mr. ____ our deepest apologies" No hampton inn and orbitz my apologies for thinking this experience would be a pleasant one at alll.
