This property is a mess. Management is not, I mean is not cleaning this place up. They should be ashamed of them selves. The money they charge per night is not worth it at all. Only thing good is the location. Walkable to everything.
Pictures showed a jetted tube but the description did not say or explain that the jetted tube had been out of order since last October. They should mention that upfront and not just assume you will know that by reading the room description. And when i called the desk about that, the lady was rude. Room was also full of cobwebs and very dirty. Carpet was very stained. For the price i paid i expected a whole lot better. Do not stay here!

Excellent staff! Room was clean and nice. A little dated in the bathroom but still very clean. The view was awesome and the beach area was also clean and inviting. Walking distance to town area and ships. Surprisingly quiet rooms. Internet strength was poor…but on vacation so not really needed and a bit thankful it wasn’t strong! Pet friendly with small extra fee which we knew and expected. Covid closed the breakfast but we were offered Take and Go option. Note- orbitz has check in at 3 and when motel called to confirm it should be 4 pm check in. Staff was great and got us checked in early! Super-service!
Paid for a lake view which honestly wasn't all that bad but it wasn't great as we could never go out on the balcony due to it being very unclean and dirty. The hotel rate was not worth the condition of the room as the room had a broken sink and the bathroom was questionably not clean. The room was outdated and in needs of repairs. When we entered the room all of the lights needed to be plugged in and the room was quite hot. I would not recommend this place to others unless there is no where else to stay.

No room service. Wallpaper falling off the walls. None of the lamps were functional. Over priced. Every humid and it wasn’t even hot outside.
It’s a great deal fun r the price. Clean. Comfortable. I interacted with the front desk three times and they seemed not too friendly. A little put out.
The bed I slept in was short sheeted and I had to tear the bed apart and remake it so it was comfortable to sleep in and when they cleaned our room they did not replenish the towels we used. The excuse I got was it was a foreign student who cleaned our room. The electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work.
Our room was gross because there was peeling wallpaper with black mold, dirty sheets, and outdated. They stuck a beautiful picture of a lighthouse in the room and everything else was outdated and dirty.
Not as clean or maintained as I would like. Wi-fi did not work. Noisy AC. Staff was very nice at check-in and check-out.
It needs a serious update and is probably an extreme fire hazard. There were holes in the linoleum floor of the bathroom, the toilet felt as though it was going to fall through the floor, and there were several light cords plugged into an extension cord.

The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the beach. The hotel is super outdated, wallpaper peeling off the wall, dirty, smelled bad, the air conditioning unit was not working. So when we called maintenance, they literally said because it was so old there wasn't much they could do, they brought us box fans!! Not worth the money we paid to stay in this room, the sheets we're old and not soft and comfortable at all. I would have rather slept in my car and saved the $200 a night.
