Quiet while providing the basics. It's clean and easy to access. No continental breakfast or or beach access like the larger chains but the price is less than half. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this is a good option.
Property was very dated but economical for our purpose

Room was clean, place was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful.
vary cramped parking, hard to get in and out. had to park far away from the room. had to walk to different motel to check in and out. Beds were so uncomfortable, no sleep all night. continental breakfast was old muffins and coffee.
Check in is at the hotel next door which gets things off to a bad start. Room is cramped and dated. Some how it produced a good nights sleep.
Manager was rude and ill tempered. Changed my reservation from one motel to another without getting it approved by me. She said,"Well, we got booked up last night and I had to change things around". I informed her I had made the reservation I wanted back in March and I expected to stay where I chose or at least received a phone call asking if I would be OK with the changes. She then got short with me and said, "Fine I'll just move you back". The room was still not the one I booked, it was damp and musty and had what looked like mold on a piece of floor trim behind the bathroom door. The bathroom floor was cold and sweating so bad you got you feet wet just walking into the bathroom.
Room was average. Clean enough, comfortable bed, no phone and when we called the phone # for the motel, we talked to a man who said the lady on duty doesn't have a phone so we'd have to walk to the motel next door to speak to her. When we did, she was moderately friendly. Also had to go next door to check in. Jacuzzi tub was nice. One window which didn't open and you couldn't see through.
This is a small Mom and Pop motel very close to all the activities. It's was a nice place to sleep for a quick overnight stay. Clean and safe.
