Having a small house doesn’t gives me room , but I found a very affordable place for my guests. Price is everything.
The room itself was clean . There was very limited outlets . Many extension cords that seemed unsafe. Very outdated. There were lots of people wandering around and hanging outside of their rooms , smoking and speaking loudly at all hours of the night . We were there with our children and it just felt sketchy. I will splurge on a more expensive hotel next time .
The people that worked there are very nice but the property is very run down. Old brown blankets on the bed and small dingy rooms. Okay if you need to crash and are very tired.
The heat in the room was very good, but the sheets were clean but was off white instead of white 🤔 also they didn’t put salt down near the car so it was very slippery had to pull closer to the stairs for my aunt to get in the car without falling !!!! Have stayed there a couple of time just they need to clean a little better but it price right so probably will stay again but will bring my cleaning things !!
I tried No Comment, I guess it was good for the money just need to be more careful with who’s making the bed is a couple of hairs and the sockets to charge things were a little loose need to be changed!
Great location to local tourist attractions. Place was pretty clean but in need of updating. My wife wouldnt shower there due to the condition of the shower pan. Bottom line: good price, a place to crash for a night. No more no less.
We arrived about 1:30 am on 7/4/19. We immediately noticed that the stairs and room carpet really smelled bad and looked in dire need of replacing. The room was horrible. A window next to the bed was completely smashed out with only a few shards of glass clinging to the window frame. How can nobody notice that? Bugs had full access to the room. The toilet was gross and the shower handle and dryer fell apart when touched. Even though it was almost 2:00 am and we were exhausted, we left without unzipping our bags in search of other lodging. The place should be knocked down and re-built. It's that bad.
Nice enough older motel. I don't get all the negative reviews, almost didn't stay because of them. Glad I didn't let them influence me. The room was clean and comfortable, reasonably priced. Yeah, just a shower stall, but the water was hot and plenty of it. The staff was pleasant, for the limited interaction I had with them.
Mattresses outside in multiple locations all stained. Shower was atrocious
The room’s condition was horrible, the microwave didn’t work. Spiderwebs in the bathroom. The room was nonsmoking but it smelled like cigarettes. It was a last minute trip to Connecticut and I needed a room...not worth $90 a night. I rather sleep in my car.
I’m 45 years old and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This by far is the worst hotel I’ve ever been in
I was traveling far away when I get there they was no one at the front desk to check me in I stay outside about 15 -20 before I see someone it’s really a poor service
But for the price it was ok if you wanted a 5 star you get a hotel that was alot better But I wasn't upset I only wanted a place to rest
Not really up to snuff.... not clean. Roaches. Maybe worth $25 a night but not $125.
I have stayed here a couple of times now. It's very quiet. I like the hotel but it could be cleaned a little better. Maybe update a few things. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
Staff was young girl too busy with phone to do her job. Room was gross. Sheets had stains. Carpet and walks had stains and burns. Furniture covered with cigarette burns. Strange odor. Door would not lock from inside. No phone in room. Crusted food on brochure for hotel left in room. Refused to give us receipt at end of stay. Stay away from this place.
Hotel room had decent floor space, but was a "tired" looking room. TV old and poor reception carpet clearly not vacuumed Bathroom completely steams up during one shower and floor got very slippery
It`s a pretty good place for 1 night staying. Our non-smoking room had a specific smell which is very difficult to get rid off. But the stuff was welcoming and a price was under our budget.
