Only one person worked at the front desk and had a long waiting time. Reserved a non-smoking room and mentioned again during check-in, but I still got an awful smelly smoking room. When I went back to the front desk to complain and request for change, the staff insisted that's non-smoking and said there'll be a penalty if guests were found smoking inside the room. I asked her to have her manager go check it out, then she made a switch.

We travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and I have never come across a hotel room so filthy before! It smelled and nothing looked clean. There was pubic hairs in the sheets and in the shower, not sure they even changed the sheets.

The hotel was decent for our needs-quick overnight. Nothing fancy, clean enough. We were worried about noise from the restaurants nearby but it didn't bother us. Morning however brought no shower and no help from the front desk staff.

ROOM WAS GOOD BUT OVERALL WASNT SATISFIED BECAUSE I KEPT ON HAVING TO GO TO MANAGEMENT ABOUT MY ROOM KEY. Every night I had to go and get new keys because it won't let me in. Such a hassle everynight

It's an okay hotel but the girl at the counter needs to change her attitude a bit plus the rooms need to be updated a little bit.

Nice continental breakfast but since I booked on orbtiz the hotel staff refused to provide me with a receipt or any information about my charges

Spent all day and night with my daughter. Went shopping at the mall and out to dinner. Awesome breakfast.

Location of this hotel is excellent. Everything you need right in the same parking lot. You have the Habit, In-n-Out, Round Table Pizza, and Krispy Kreme. Other than that the Hotel is ok. Out of date but it was clean.

The tub wouldnt stop dripping and the shower woulkdnt turn on. Very hard bed and the sheets would stay on the mattress.

Everything was in average condition, except for the toilet running all night.

The shower didnt work, the tub wouldnt stop dripping , sheet wouldnt stay on the bed, bed hard. Not a very good place to stay.

The location for my traveling purposes was great but the nights were pretty noisy since the freeway is close by. You could hear everything from the parking lot including a couple of police stops. Blanket had holes and pillows were small.

Just a over night stop, to rest. Very clean and nice.

Good hotel but too small rooms and no microware.

We were here for a very short stay, basically we only needed a bed to sleep in for a few short hours. It worked for that.

Checked into my hotel. Are dinner. Went to sleep. Picked up a little breakfast. Was on my way.

all the young woman at the front desk during check in could talk about was how hung over she was from dollar shots night the night before, not the kind of conversation i have with desk clerks, morning contintal breakfast was ok. The bed comforter was disgusting and the blanket smelled like funky

Pleasantly surprised by the small but spotless rooms; friendly staff, and great continental breakfast. Came with a guarded expectation but would stay there again.

Rested

Rooms extremely small, downstairs rooms smelled horribly, poosibly just shampooed and not aired properly. 1 bed rooms are the smallest i have stayed in. Not much bang 4 the buck. when i asked to change rooms clerk seemed annoyed although she told me only 5 people were registered in the hotel. Eventually she did give me an upstairs 2 bed room that did not smell. Pool was lilliputian possibly 20x10. breakfest was ok
