My wife and I were on a weekend get away, to watch a couple of baseball games and visit friends. The motel stay was great. The room was comfortable and clean. The microwave, refrig., TV, digital clock and coffee maker worked just fine. We had plenty of coffee and tea to drink. We always bring and use our on toiletries, but they had everything that was needed. The beds was comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast was very good, especially the biscuits. We had one evening meal at the motel. my wife had a chicken dish and I had the catfish platter and they were both good. We have no complaints of our overall stay and will plan our next get away at this same motel chain.

The bed was nice, wifi was in and out. The worst part was finding several spiders, a beetle, and a bunch of dead flies throughout the room. It wasn't awful, but I won't be rebooking there unless they go through some major renovations and clean ups.

Okay , it looks better inside than out. Needs some updating but comfortable

There is no QUALITY in the Quality Inn. There were more stains on the carpet than you can count. When taking a shower you also take a bath as the tub won't drain. I had to buy Lysol Spray and Clorox wipes just to open the door and get in the room. My dog had better accommodations in the kennel than we did staying here. The first day we were charged $70 a night. The next two nights were $195 each day just because it was graduation.

The only reason I choose this hotel was the indoor pool & hot tub for my family. The pool was merky and had no lights so it was extremely dark. The hot tub was disgusting!!!! I couldn't even see the bottom because the water was yellow-green. There were empty beer cans and wet towels all around. It honestly looked like someone pooped in the water. I reported the problem to the front desk & nothing was done about the situation. The next morning the area looked exactly the same. Absolutely gross & unacceptable! The description of the room said it had fridge/micro which it did not. The beds were rock hard and the ac never got cold. I will say they had a great continental breakfast but let's be honest, how hard is that! Very I satisfied for the money it cost! For $130 I expect much much better!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was filthy. The bed covers were disgusting and the floor was dirty. Upon entering the first night we found wrappers on the floor. Then we returned to our room the 2nd night the floor was still dirty. And most digusting was that someone had taken a "dump" in our toilet, not flushed it & plugged it up.

Front desk gentleman was very nice and helpful. The bartender was great. However, for the amount I paid- the hotel room was a terrible deal. The rooms are old and smell.

The location in Stillwater was very easy to get to and was near the neighborhood we were visiting. The room was clean and comfortable, but when the staff entered the room for service during our stay they only made and turned down the bed. No fresh towels, washcloths or additional roll of toilet paper was provided when ours was almost out of paper.

It was fine stayed in stillwater on homecoming weekend and this was the only place with vacancies. It was fine for what I was there for.

It was horrible. The guy checking us in was by himself and the hotel was booked solid. He was extremely nice & did what he could with the limited options he had to work with. The stay- After getting in the rooms, the air conditioner did not work in one of them. It was late July & very hot. After we called several time they brought us a fan. Later, we were more to another room in which the air conditioner did not work. Shortly after, we were moved again. Thank god the air was finally on. The second day of our stay, we could not use the pool. Some had got sick in it & they couldn't fix it until the next day. That night, the fire alarm went off continually from 12:45am to 1:15am so sleep was not happening much. Rooms were clean & fresh. Although we got smoikng rooms on the second floor, you could not smell any smoke. The night shift worker was extremely nice. Poor guy got a lot of chewings from a lot of people for all the bad things going on. He was wonderful to all of us. Check out- Service was slow but friendly.
