I read all kinds of bad reviews mixed with good ones so I was really skeptical. My stay was great, we stayed one night and it was not noisy, did not smell bad and people were not banging on my door. It is what you pay for and not bad at all for the price. We Will stay again if we are ever this way again.

Check in went very well, very accommodating when we needed change rooms. Carpet was dirty, looks like they’re trying to update the rooms but they are not completed, the walls are all scratched up although the beds seemed very clean and a great price

Bad customer service, staff entered room when we werent there without permission. Complained that my kid was there even though she was on the reservation. Cheap is the only benefit of thia hotel.

Lock was missing on the back door, front desk employee didn't speak English, cigarette burn holes on the comforter

It was a good deal for the price. It was clean (even vacuumed behind the night stand, noticed while plugging in my charger) Beds pretty comfortable pillows were great. Beds were quite high up, had a good giggle getting up on them. Would stay again.

The staff didn't speak English AND she was very rude to me. The only ice machine was out of order. The housekeeping was a man watching tv on the beds. The air conditioning had "something" in it that died, it smelled HORIBLE. I opened the window instead, the screen came off because it didn't fit the window, At that point I didn't care if anything flew in. I will NEVER stay at that hotel again.

When we arrived at the property, there was a sign at the front desk saying staff were temporarily away, and to push button for service. I had to repeatedly push the button for a good five or more minutes before anyone came to the desk. I'm fairly certain the staff lives there as it was the same person at the checkout desk the whole time we were there. The front desk person was very unfriendly and yelled at us that there was no smoking in the rooms (basically the only communication between her and us). The room was more or less clean, but had a funny smell. The bathtub had hairs in it, which was pretty awesome. Didn't bother telling staff due to other reviews I read. I couldn't find a do not disturb sign to hang on the doorknob, so was awakened by housekeeping coming into my freaking room after I didn't answer the pounding on the door. He appeared to be looking at our stuff until we asked if we could help him. He asked if we needed anything, then left. This happened both nights we were there. Really the only thing positive about this hotel was the location, the decent sized T.V and the beds were fairly comfortable. I wasn't expecting much for a cheap room, but this was probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

All discount reservation sites must have the rooms listed in the wrong order. I reserved a King bed but got two double beds. Staff laughed at me when I stated this error. Door did not close properly to my room, ppl seem to be living here full time, a bit spooky, hair on shower walls, candy bar partly consumed on table in my room, and only cereal, juice, bread in 3 forms for breakfast.

The place smells like smoke and the staff is not very friendly. No one is ever at the desk from 9pm to 9am, sign at the window says “temporarily away”

The staff member who checked me in never said one word, greeted me or smiled. When I got to my room, the bed was messy and there were pizza boxes. I returned to the desk and explained the room conditions. Again, he never said one word or apologized. He rolled his eyes and gave me another room. My direct neighbors were extremely loud and the police were called by someone for that room at about 12am. There was no one working the counter when I checked out at 6:30am. Very poor.

Was worried about cheap room rate. Nice frig and microwave. Huge TV. Comfortable king bed. Towels way too old. Sink barely drains at all. Shower head all clogged up- almost unusable. Found a couple of what I think we’re dead bedbugs where carpet meets the bed. Hopefully the 2 dead ones mean I didn’t take any others home with me ?

This was a budget hotel, which was ok with me for 1 night's sleep. It was clean, the linens and bathroom were clean, refrigerator working. The hallway carpet and room carpeting had a rather strong odor, perhaps of sprays, would be greatly improved by removing and changing the carpet. A bit plus was convenience to restaurant , and Herberger's.

The very best hotel experience. the hallway were clean, the view; captivating. The bed was comfortable and the staff provided clean towels and toiletries each day.
