Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment with attached lounge!
Two sets of bunk beds in the lounge. One has two full size mattresses and the other has two twin size mattresses.

One level.

The lounge has AC/Heat & is equipped with a pool table, dart board, bar with seating, 2 TV’s, 2 leather couches, washer/dryer and 1/2 bath.

Well trained dogs are allowed. Dogs must be crated at all times when left alone. We do provide a medium/large crate.
Public beach (dog friendly) 5 min away.
The space
We have been superhosts for years, renting out an apartment above our family home. We have had such great success with this, that we jumped on the opportunity to acquire this additional property! We look forward to continuing to provide a comfortable, well-equipped & enjoyable stay for all our guests. We have put in a lot of thought, time & TLC into this remodel and we hope you love it as much as we do! You’re in great hands when you book with us.

This is a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment, ground level- king bed in its own private bedroom & one bunk bed with two full size mattresses, located in the garage lounge.
(small children not advised on top bunk.)
The king bed is luxurious with your comfort in mind!! 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, six pillows, and a plush duvet comforter.

There is plenty of space in the lounge if you would like to bring extra guests with their own sleeping arrangements (such as a blow up mattress). Or guests can lay on the leather couches (they are not pull out beds just regular couches).

Please Note- The bedroom is a bit tight, there is only one foot of walking space on either side of the king bed.

This is NOT a party rental. No loud music, no partying, no smoking in the apartment or garage.

We also own the house next door that our family member rents. They will not hesitate to reach out to us, regarding any partying, loud music, excessive noise etc. Please be respectful of our home and of our neighbors.
