Our stay was excellent the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was walking distance to a pizza shop and a nice restaurant.
Breakfast was good. Carpet was filthy. This is probably due to renting rooms to contractors/construction guests working in the area which is fine but maybe put other guests in another part of the hotel. We had some cobwebs and dust in our room. The room was not worth $150/ night.
Nice property, conveniently located by Franciscan University. I have stayed here several times. I still wish they would get rid of the fragrance in the lobby, it affects my asthma and migraines. I would stay elsewhere if there was a choice, but this is the nicest hotel in Steubenville.
Everything was so convenient . The property was super clean and the staff was great. Coffee and tea was always available.
The hotel was clean and well cared for. The grounds and surrounding complex was also attractive and well cared for.
Great property, probably the best in Steubenville. I wish hotels in general stopped using fragrances in their lobby areas like this property. Though I had a great stay, I will likely not stay here again because of the fragrance. I have asthma and fragrances like this one trigger it.

Location good for us. Have stayed several times in last couple of years and it is consistently great. Room, service, staff all great. Could use more days with bacon at breakfast. 😁
