The villa is only 1.9 km from Meersburg and is located in the cozy community of Stetten. Surrounded by vines and beautiful nature, you will be able to enjoy your vacation. The distance to Lake Constance is only 900 m. The romantic little town of Meersburg still embodies the flair of the past today. Thanks to the beautiful location, you can consciously get to know Lake Constance. You don't need a car because there is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity. All you have to do is get in and you can drive around the entire lake. They are the same in Konstanz, Überlingen, Hagnau, Friedrichshafen and in Switzerland and Austria. All shops are within walking distance. For younger guests there is a playground just a few minutes from the holiday home. The view of Lake Constance will fascinate you. Also the cozy, newly built Tuscany villa.
