There was a picnic area right outside our room where a large group were partying

Staff great..trashy grounds

Absolute dump. We arrived late at night and I had to stand at an outdoor window under spot lights dodging literally hundreds of bugs to check in. The room (a suite) I had reserved wasn’t available. We had reserved the suite so my husband and I could stay in the same room as our three kids. The woman offered me two rooms. It was late and we were all tired, so I took it. We drive around back to our rooms and I was shocked that this place was even operating. An upstairs room was blocked off with plywood, there was a wire hanging down loose over one of the rooms where we were supposed to stay, curtains were torn and the room smelled like a bar. There was no way we were going to stay there, especially with our kids. We immediately went back to the office window and the woman working refused a refund. We left anyway. I contacted Orbitz with our concerns and they also refused to help us. Said they would contact the hotel and see if they could get them to refund our money. The hotel wouldn’t reply to their requests, so Orbitz told us we were out of luck. So I guess Orbitz is perfectly fine with selling rooms to dilapidated, unsafe properties and not standing by their customers. I’ll remember that the next time I’m booking travel accommodations and I’m deciding which company I’ll book through.

Staff was amazing. Props to Dana and Donna!!! We had a few issues upon arrival and Donna was right on them and very friendly as was Dana.

Booked the room while filling up at a nearby gas station. Just needed a place to sleep during a trip south. Hotel was adequately clean and appointed. It is what it is. WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was nothing to write home about-- cold cereal was probably the best option available.

The manager was very welcoming, even showing us the room for our approval before checking in. This hotel is VERY OLD and shows it. It was, however, clean and comfortable for an overnight rest and back on the road. Blytheville as a town in the pits. I wouldn't recommend staying anywhere there.

Room was comfortable, clean and mostly updated. Hotel Manager was very proactive (rather than reactive) and asked me where he could improve the hotel. I suggested that the bathtub drains be periodically cleaned and checked for hair / dirt build up as mine was slow draining. He wanted to let me know that tv & data cables were going to be moved inside walls and not exposed. I could not get on the hotel wifi despite having the password. Staff was friendly & accommodating.

It was ok for the price. Room seemed clean and the television service was nice. Also had free wifi code.

Everything was perfect no problems at all staff was great

The hotel was ok. It was tidy and had a microwave and refrigerator. It also had a nice little selection of available channels.

"Best bet"??? Nope. Website said free wifi, hot breakfast, but had neither. Huge overflowing dumpster outside our door, which opened to a parking lot full of construction workers playing baseball and barbecuing 10 feet from our car. Huge gap in the door frame so room was full of mosquitoes. Shower had no pressure. This was not the cheapest hotel in the area, so we expected more. Worst hotel stay of my life.

Overall it was pretty good. Staff was nice. Pretty clean. Had fridge and microwave. Good hotel for the price.
