Really friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. A bit old fashioned but ok. Fast Wifi. Second bedroom small as was the main bathroom. Reasonably clean and tidy. Outside secure room for ski storage. Regular shuttle service into town. Easy access to ski slopes. Internal laundry. No electric kettle or teapot. The light fitting over the dining table was positioned too low - kept on hitting it with my head!

This was our second visit to Steamboat & to Torian Plum. Torian Plum is ideally located at the end of a ski run with excellent ski in / ski out access. There's even a choice of places for a well earned apres drink before heading inside! All staff are pleasant & helpful, but a special mention should be made of the housekeeping staff! These people do a great job & are always cheerful. Whilst the decor is a little dated, our room had a lovely view of the slopes & was well appointed with quality bedlinen, towels etc. All amenities provided were in good working order. We didn't use the pool or spa, but they do look good. Steamboat village has an excellent on demand shuttle service with some fabulous drivers who are always willing to go out of their way to make life more pleasant & interesting. One driver took us well out of his way to show us some moose who were resting near another condo. Amazing! Steamboat is also blessed with some fabulous restaurants, among those are Laundry & Salt & Lime. There are some great shops, such as FM Light & some fun shopping to be had. Steamboat has been on our bucket list for nearly 30 years & it is as wonderful as we had always hoped & dreamed it would be.

We stayed here last year but in a different unit. We know why this unit is for sale.....the owner needs to update it more than they have apparently already tried. This unit was #406.....1 bedroom/1 bath. It has baseboard heating. The unit is very clean.....these condos do a good job of that! We had issues with raggedy lampshades, lamp switches that were difficult to turn on or not working, light bulbs out over the stove & dining room table, broken clock on wall, horrible hotel hangers.....the kind that you can't get off the rod & that won't slide, no chest of drawers in the bedroom...just little drawers in the bedside tables & blinds that would not come down on the sliding glass doors to the balcony (to keep in the heat!). BUT....the propane fireplace, the view, updated appliances and the kindness of the folks that work there made it OK. They offered to repair things...but who wants maintenance people in your condo on vaca? Torian Plum loves to welcome you with local chocolates, coffee & a bottle of wine when you enter your unit. They are a good group that try to help you out as best as they are able. Torian Plum is right there in the heart of everything that is happening on the mountain.....you can walk everywhere. If you can't walk there, you can take their complimentary shuttle that arrives in a heartbeat. Good restaurants, bars, ski shops.......everything you need is right there. We plan to return next year.......we love Steamboat.......just to a different unit!!

We usually ski once a year in different places, Utah, New Mexico and Colorado but this place is our favorite. We asked the kids to choose this year and they wanted to stay here for a third time. It's as great as the first time! So convenient to everything! Able to walk to Terry's ski shop and then hit the slopes. Less than 10 minute drive to town but you don't have to leave the ski area if you don't want. Our condo overlooks the mountains and is definitely home away from home feel. We can ski in the morning, come back to the condo and have lunch and relax then back to the slopes when ready. It is clean and perfect size for our family of four.

We stayed here for 3 nights so that our children could get a real snow experience and try skiing. Our condo had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen with everything you needed, laundry and open plan dining and lounge space. You could control the temp of each space yourself which was great. Our balcony looked out to the pool and the snow fields. Would have no problem staying there again we loved it,

My family and I stayed at Torian Plumb for a week in December and could not have had a better experience. Our deck opened up to the slopes, so we were able to check out lift lines before even putting on our ski boots. The wifi was great, staff was friendly and amenities were excellent. I recommend the steam room, hot tub and outdoor heated pool after a long day on the slopes!

Average facility. Staff seems overly polite. Just don't ask for anything. After arriving home, I realized I left something in the room. So I called the very next day. VERY polite girl said she would check and call back. No call. I did the same next day. Same result. Third day I spoke to a man who said he remembered me and would ABSOLUTELY check the room and get back to me. Nothing. As I said, staff is very polite. But if you need anything....good luck.

We came on a family ski vacation. Torian Plus was a great place to stay. Rooms where high and could easily sleep 6. Great ski in ski out spot close to bars and dining people where great. With the shuttle service from airport and around town do not need car. Would highly recommend as place to stay

We stayed here recently and had a great experience. This was our first time on the Ski Time Square side of the mountain and we certainly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The heat worked well and there was a very nice balcony with an awesome view of the slopes and the gondola square. The location is great. There are a few places that have a more convenient ski in, ski out access, but this is hard to beat. The Slopeside Grille and Paramount are two nice restaurants/bars right on slopeside and you can stop there after a day on the slopes before heading back to your condo. Its a short walk across the plaza, all flat, and then an elevator to your room. Ski locker outside of each unit. There is an indoor hot tub and sauna as well as an outdoor heated pool and 4 separate hot tubs. It can be a bit of a walk to get to the outdoor ones, the Creekside section of Torian Plum is closer to the pool. There are a few shops right in the Torian Plum plaza area, but no convenience store, so if you want bread, milk, beer etc. you have to either take a shuttle to the supermarket in town or walk across the gondola square to Wild Plum on the other side. About a 5 minute walk, not bad depending on the weather. Wild Plum is overpriced but convenient. You are a little uphill from the ski school and gondola area so it is either an easy walk down or a quick drop down a small slope to get there. Super convenient. Can take most trails to get back to the Torian Plum area. Shuttle service is great. The staff were very helpful. One note of caution. If you have an early shuttle or flight out of Hayden, the lobby does not open until 7AM, so you may have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to get to the shuttle. Obviously this will only affect certain people, but it was a bit of a nuisance for us. I would definitely stay here again.

Just spent 2 days here while performing in the area, and what a beautiful spot. The condos are in great condition, and well appointed with comfy furnishings. Right on the slopes, amazing views with everything you could possibly want within easy walking distance. But best of all is the staff! Top notch service, with a relaxed air of competence and professionalism, even amid the holiday rush. Special shoutout to Valerie at the concierge desk. She was absolutely wonderful and reached out to go above and beyond. Somebody made a very wise choice in making her the face of guest service. Bravo, and thank you!
