Dingy small. One Outlet for fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Very disappointed.

For work I stay in hotels 50+ nights per year. Have done this for most of my career. The front desk receptionist was the rudest, meanest, and worst person I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Claimed I didn’t have a reservation there and sent me to another hotel with a similar name (despite the fact that three others in our group had already checked in). Sent us to another hotel (wrong place). Upon returning was verbally abused by this lady. Stuck as the hotels were sold out. Experience made me physically sick.

My room, 228, was structurally very noisy. I could hear every step on the floor in the room upstairs. This was annoying throughout the night and even more so on Labor Day Monday when I’d hoped to sleep in a bit. I first called Orbitz regarding my complaint as it was obvious this was a structural issue, and not one that a call from the front desk could assist with. While on hold with Orbitz I went to the front desk to check out and explained I was on hold with Orbitz. The woman at the front desk rudely stated that she’d already talked to Orbitz and that she denied any type of refund because I hadn’t called the front desk. Her defensive and unprofessional behavior was unacceptable. What a disappointing sleep experience.

It was a place to stay. Bug's in the tub. Parking lot is tight.

It was a nice older hotel and very clean. Missed not having breakfast but great coffee!

Loved the big, thick, absorbent towels. Wish there were electrical outlets by the desk that were not dedicated to lamp and TV.

Spent a long weekend in Steamboat- great location just a few minutes from the resort and downtown. Room was small but clean and comfortable. 2 double beds, desk w/office chair, tv, dresser, coffee maker, fridge. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the tub wall. Coffee, tea, cider & hot chocolate in the lobby. No free breakfast but there was a sign saying you could buy burritos or breakfast sandwiches for a small cost. Definitely recommend for the price.

Affordable rates if you’re just looking for a homebase whilst in town and don’t need or want to pay fees for all the extras. We stayed here for a couple of days in the summer and would definitely come back. Quiet place, close to restaurants and attractions. Outdoor pool and super toasty hot tub! Only down sides for us, and they were relatively minor, were no breakfast (but free coffee in the lobby) and only double bed size (maybe a little bigger than a full size bed) not a traditional queen size. Fridge and coffee maker in room so we just grabbed some breakfast items at the store and ate in the room. Would stay here again.
