Great stay

This was one of the best VRBO that we have rented. Super comfortable beds and living room. Huge kitchen and nice balcony. Great for family because of large pool and game room. The front staff was really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and quiet. Overall it was a 10/10. We will definitely book again.

Wonderful stay!

This condo has it all! Our stay was quiet and everything was clean. The property managers were there to help - we only had one tiny issue with one of the key cards not working. Easy fix! Location was great and amenities were a hit with the kids! Highly recommend!

This place was great and lots bigger than expected! We had everything we needed for a long weekend. The hot tub and game room was a great addition as well. Thanks for a VERY comfortable stay!

Location

Location is everything at this place. Has all of the amenities of a hotel but with a condo feel. Short walk to the gondola was perfection with 3 very young and first time skiers. Lunch or dinner was an easy gondola ride away. We stayed during thanksgiving and the kitchen was equipped to prepare a full thanksgiving meal. The pool wasn’t warm enough to swim in for my kids but they had 3 large hot tubs to choose from. The area was surprisingly empty for a holiday week but probably because it was early in the season. We loved that aspect too having young kids. Would have preferred more comfortable mattresses but it worked for the short time we were there. All-in-all it was a fantastic stay at a great price.

Beautiful property but a few glitches

The property where we stayed was beautiful and very much as the online listing promised. Check-in was smooth and the amenities such as the pool area were lovely, Electronic locks all worked (this doesn't always happen when you travel). It was a nice getaway. However, the communications process with you wasn't good. I had trouble accessing your app and the phone service/online help people did not have the answers. I was told I'd get an email with details the day of the trip. It did not arrive. When I called your rep told me she went it to the wrong email address. She was snippy to me and snapped "I didn't do it. It wasn't my fault." Not the kind of service I expected nor should have had. The unit needed some maintenance - window locks fell off in my hand so I couldn't easily open them. The sinks did not hold water, allowing you to rinse out items by hand. The unit was clean but I found a package of cereal under the dresser in one bedroom. If I could see it, surely your cleaning peoloe could, too. Overall this was a good experience but you need to work on customer communications and attention to detail.

Excellent choice for families in Steamboat

Condo was exactly as advertised. We found it clean and comfortable and had no complaints. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone prior to our visit that could actually answer questions or help with anything. However, once we arrived the on-site staff was very helpful and accommodating when needed. Location was great and kids loved the short gondola ride over to the mountain every day.

Just a perfect place to stay

Our stay was short but sweet. We needed a place to stay before our friends arrived and we moved to their home so we were only there 2 nights. Our arrival was a piece of cake and the unit was beautiful. The location is right next to the Wildhorse gondola which drops you at the base of the mountain. Great amenities in Trailhead Lodge, close to everything, complimentary shuttle and easy parking!

Quick early season “get away”

Very comfortable. Super easy access to the mountain for skiing. Pool and hot tubs were wonderful with the hot tubs tucked in amongst the trees and rocks. The Christmas tree lights by the hot tubs were an especially nice touch.

Beautiful, Impeccably Clean

Beautiful condo with great amenities. Very clean. Only issue we had was the provided coffee filters didn't fit the coffee maker so we couldn't make coffee the first morning (a must for parents with 2 toddlers). Otherwise, would definitely stay again!

Labor Day weekend getaway 2021

The rental is situated perfectly for easy access to the mountain coaster. Swimming pool and hot tub grotto were nice and clean. The house itself was clean and in great condition. Great stay!

Would stay again

The property was great. Nice views off the deck and comfortable deck furniture. Vacasa (Property Mgt) was difficult to get a hold of (waited 45min + several times) when trying to understand if 1) the pool was open due to COVID and 2) what the check in procedures were. The unit was clean/well appointed and we would stay again.

Convenient, clean, comfortable and quiet, we come back to Trailhead Lodge every time.

We arrived late in season but had a great visit. Steamboat Springs is a great family resort and Trailhead Lodge is our Go-To condominium.
