Located on recreation park "Oud Kempen" within walking distance of the beautiful Oosterschelde where you can swim, fish, dive and/or walk, On field edge with unobstructed views over polder and rising sun in an enclosed very spacious garden. Only 500 metres from marina and the picturesque village of Stavenisse.
The house has a very spacious garden and is completely fenced except for the side bordering the field and is therefore very suitable for small children and dogs. The garden includes a lawn surrounded by a flower garden with several fruit trees. Attached to the house is the terrace with canopy and a wood-burning stove, garden chairs and dining table with chairs.
The house has two floors with the living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. The living room has many windows, giving you a beautiful view over the vast landscape. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, music system, Wi-Fi and a fixed Internet connection. The open kitchen is equipped with a combination oven/microwave, fridge, hob, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. Next to the living room is the bedroom with double bed. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. On the first floor is the twin bedroom. On the mezzanine you will find a comfortable sofa bed and desk. The loft can be separated from the living area with curtains.
You are not more than 100 metres walking distance from the Oosterschelde with its clear water and many (sandy) beaches that are easily accessible, cycling and walking paths. At 500 metres you will find the village of Stavennisse with a marina with cosy terraces and a surprisingly well-stocked supermarket and a grandmother's sweet shop.
