Only problem was the internet dropped a number of times. Everything else was good. Inexpensive room and was clean. Would stay again.

Best value for the price, clean and safe. Staunton is a cool little town

Very modest, but nice. Ok for the money. Breakfast is decent. Close to American Shakespeare Center.

Easy walk to town, inexpensive and dog friendly.Rooms could be cleaner, we found a bobby pin on the floor and our dog found a chocolate chip cookie under the bed. The shower curtain had mold on it and the ceiling over the shower looked like it might cave in. Breakfast included was all sweet starchy things, nothing hot.

Basic hotel a few miles from I-81 in the town of Staunton. Quiet location. We stayed for one night while on a road trip and enjoyed our stay.

Pretty okay for that cheap rate. I would stay again

Not close to the interstate but good downtown location. Typical continental breakfast, fresh fruit, cereal, breakfast bread. Older motel, low price

Have stayed here several times over past couple of years. Consistently clean, comfortable rooms friendly mgmt and staff easy walk into Downtown or to Gypsy Hill Park. Self-serve continental breakfast was good for days when we didn't go across street for a hot cooked breakfast at The Store.

Though it was heavy rain upon arrival the location made it easy to get out within walking distance to get a good after dinner snack. Staff amazingly helpful & breakfast in AM nourishing.

We came to Staunton by train. The motel was within walking distance of the train station. Right across the street was the trolley hub. Trolleys go everywhere for only 25 cents/ride. The room was clean and adequate and the continental breakfast was fine.

Motel is old but room was clean and bed comfortable. Good value for one night stay.

I have only one complaint and that was the extremely low height of the toilet. As a tall, older couple with bad knees we found getting up and down off the seat very difficult. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet which we needed. We encountered only the front desk staff and they were friendly at all times.

Refrigerator needed in room. Staff was reasonably friendly but seemed more involved with the laptop than any of the fiestas

A great value for visit to Staunton with my wife to see Shakespeare play, tour the town, and enjoy surrounding area. Clean, comfortable no frills room like we remembered from staying at Howard Johnson's back in the 70's. Easy walk to town and to Gypsy Hill Park. Convenient continental breakfast, and friendly management and staff. Manager gave us great tour of wonderful vegetable garden... an unexpected bonus to our stay.

Our stay was very nice. Rooms were exceptional clean and had plenty of space. We visited family relatives. I am originally from Staunton so getting around was easy and the hotel provided a home like atmosphere. Well done to all the staff. Have used this hotel several times and intend to still use in the future when I visit Staunton.

The staff was very friendly and rooms very clean and spacious. Restaurants within walking distance of hotel.Very beautiful scenery. Would recommend to others.

Friendly helpful staff in a very old facility. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Everything was as expected, no surprises. Family had a nice time, the room was clean and adequate. The location was also good and near the highway.

Broken furniture, stains on sheets, the property is very old and need to be repaired, breakfst is ok

It's a basic inn. It doesn't claim to be anything fancy, and it isn't. Still, the room is clean and comfortable enough. If you're looking for a place to spend the night while en route to somewhere else, this isn't a bad choice.
