We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We received no maid service any of the days . We were told you had to ask for it . We had to ask for towels the second day . Maid acted like she could believe we were still in our room at 9 am when check out is at at 11am . Sink was plugged . We will not be back and will not recommend

The room smelled like cigarettes, and the whole casino needs an overhaul

Just average, they charge for everything they can, Parking, resort fee, early check in .....

Everything was good

We found previous guests' lost property under the bed, and some towels are dirty. To be fair, we slept okay, the bed is comfortable. This is okay for some quick nights' sleep.

Great rooms and views and pool. Close to everything.

Used to stay here all the time when it was Mont Bleu. Originally the remodel was nice. Then Ballys bought it and yikes. Everything is just cheap. Run down. Outdated. It’s an okay stay for the money if you just want a deal, otherwise I’d likely go almost anywhere else. So sad to see our spot go down so far…. 😭 super friendly staff and lots to do in the area. Not a busy, but it’s far from as good as it was!

Our blanket for the room could of been better

Room was clean and updated. Property was good to just go in, get a room and that’s it. So for that along, because we need a place to sleep, it was inexpensive and a decent room. The rest of the hotel was filthy. Carpet in doing was covered in dirt and no telling what else. Too bad. It’s just a tired, old, understated hotel. I would image with Tillman Fettita buying hard rock and turning it to golden nugget, pouring $100MM into it, this Bally’s days are numbered. Too bad

The price for the night was too high ($367), but that’s typical for Tahoe.

Pleasantly surprised. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff extremely friendly and helpful

Did not like the parking situation, it seems that ever vehicle was having a hard time coming in and out including myself, had to get out of the vehicle every time because the scanning sits to low ,

Hotel nice. Just was ready warm and smoky. But that’s something the same in all Nevada casinos
