Great location. Staff insisted that I pay although I had it booked through Orbitz that took care of payment. Will talk to manager to resolve it.
When I first arrive they gave me the wrong room when I finally got into the room that I paid for the shower was broken and there were some cleaning imperfections I get it I worked in a hotel it’s very fast pace and sometimes it could be stressful but there is no explanation for a dirty bathroom
The room I had was great. Next time I will make sure I get a room on the upper level instead.
