It is okay as a emergency. Room for asleep, for vacation of course will use another hotel.

Thin wall! We were able to hear all the noise outside environment. We saw police cars roaming in and out of the hotel. Stuffs were not friendly. Room was terrible. Hotel stay was a nightmare.

I have been coming to this hotel for awhile. Certain staff: Ms. Lynn, Andee, and Robert are absolutely great and helpful staff. But the manager on the hand is terrible. Sunday I woke up to a few bites on my arm, and I am extremely allergic to any insect bites. I reported to the front desk, they gave me a partial refund instead of a full refund. I wanted to show the manager pictures of the bed bug and the bites on my arm. He quickly said I can't tell the difference, so I told him that I will report him and I did.

Not the nicest place. Good or sleep and shelter while passing through.

Booked this hotel a week before I came - specifically spoke with the front desk to reserve a first floor room facing the front. Was assured I would have this, yet when I arrived and had used this hotel 5 times before, this was the 2nd consecutive time they put me on the 2nd floor as far away as they could from the front desk area. I am disabled with a foot injury making walking a difficulty. They ignored my requests after stating to me that I would have a first floor room and this hotel only has stairs.

I booked the hotel thought Orbitz and I provided my credit card information, when I checked in I asked to keep that credit card number and used that for payment. they charged me twice for the same room. as it shows below, we only stayed one night and we checked out on time so I called to get a refund and the person that answer the phone barely speaks English and kept saying NO, I am still waiting for a resolution, they asked me to get my money back from Orbitz. Upon arrival to ANY hotel, I always check the beds for any traces of bed bugs. The beds were in mattress protectors that had rips in them & then the mattress itself was covered in bed bug feces. Tables covered in sticky pop. Hair stuck to bathroom walls!

From arrival the clerk was unfriendly and could bearly understand English. He had me fill out a registration form but would not provide a copy of the bill he had in his hand. The room was cold and was unclean with dirty linen and the bed sheets were soiled and mattress was hard as a rock. The bathroom was very dirty especially the tub as I could not even take a shower. I was overall dissatisfied with the oversall price and room and service.

One night only. What you'd expect from a place located just outside of a city. Not bad for the price, served it's purpose. Free breakfast a plus.

Wasn't bad at all for the price, good location. Was able to travel to New York City, only 50 minutes away, got to sight see some places,ggreat experience, would do it again.

For the price it wasn't bad. Not a great location.

Not bad, free breakfast with limited selection. Located close to urban areas and NY. Hotel can be noisy at times, traffic, guest walking by or hanging out outside. One of the cheapest to stay at that's so close to the City. At times you can hear the action in the next room.

The location is convenient and easy to find. The room is small. It would be nice if the hotel improves a few things below: 1.The carpet in the room is replaced 2.The ventilation in the barthroom is fixed (it does not work now) 3.The coffee maker on the room is offered 4.The breakfast time is extended from 9am to 10am. 5. The variety of the breakfast can be offered like fruits.

Icommute to Stanford every week from Pennsylvania so the location is great for me food and all the amenities are good everything is close and my job is close

It wasn't bad. It was pretty clean and right next to the highway .

It was pretty late when we checked in so there wasn't a lot of interaction with the staff.

This hotel was dirty, smelly and over all terrible. Mirrors on the ceilings, smoky smell in rooms, unsavory people loitering in dark parking lot. You could not even read the room number from the car to find room. I would never recommend this hotel!!! Online pictures very deceiving.

It was okay, nothing to special but I will say that the mirrors on the ceiling added a little pop. The main reason for staying was that I got a better rate booking online, it was the cheapest in the area after calling around and browsing online...

bad experience!!!
