Holiday Inn Express Lichfield

Business hotel

This hotel is geared to business customers only. The first two days of our stay our room was not made up, we were given a bag full of supplies because we had the do not disturb sign out when the maid came. There was no phone book in the room and the card detailing telephone charges was missing. All phone calls were charged, even local calls and wifi was six pounds a day, and when I needed it was not available. You could not check flights at the airport on the TV so I had to resort to paying for Internet access on the public computer in the lobby. The breakfast was good and the one other good thing was the friendliness and professionalism of the manager who checked us in and out.

Colton House

Best experience ever

This could be the finest facility of its kind in this part of the country. The facility was world class. The community was perfectly relaxing and accommodating. But more than anything, the staff was all-world. I not only would, but I WILL, return there as soon as schedules permit.

Holiday Inn Express Stoke On Trent

Modern motel close to motorway and Potteries

Very satisfied with my 8-day stay. Staff were always courteous, helpful, and responsive. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good breakfast. I was impressed that the staff took the initiative to keep the lobby and breakfast areas always tidy. I am a regular user of Holiday Inn Express motels in the US and was pleased to find this one providing the services expected from the brand in my old home town.
