We were very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The ice machines were broken. The restaurant and bar are only open on weekends. There is a shuttle to a sister hotel, but there was absolutely nothing around this one. The shower was tiny and I could not adjust the shower head. It was a very clean room, but overall disappointing. I would not stay again.

We stayed last year after a week of sailing and found it delightful. This year, the staff was much better, but it seems they have cut personnel in the restaurant/bar area. We went down there to find some dinner and found only patrons in the bar. When the bartender finally arrived, she said that the restaurant was open now but we didn't see anyone around to serve or cook. She recommended the restaurant at the sister property and she showed us both menus. Indeed, there was almost nothing on the menu at this resort. We opted to leave and have dinner at the sister resort. We didn't even stop for a drink.

The hotel is a 5 min ride from the airport. Rooms are clean w basic amenities. Bed SUPER comfortable. Staff not very helpful. Low tech. No food on premise. Doors paper thin, no sound insulation. Big balcony w view of Emerald beach. 10 min walk to beach which was really nice and chill with aqua water. Adequate for overnight stay.

very nice hotel, literally within walking distance of the airport. front office was very helpful and polite. had A/C problems the first night and they promptly moved us to a bigger room. I could not have been more pleased.

Close to the airport, but that's about the end of positives...

Staff was very nice and friendly. Room was clean and great view of the ocean.

Look, I will have to admit, my wife and I were looking for an inexpensive hotel to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. This will work for you if your not looking for anything fancy. If you are, I would look elsewhere... This is within walking distance from airport. This has decent food, but expensive and limited. The sister hotel Emerald Bay accepts the guest from this hotel which was where we spent majority of our time. In short, we got what we paid for. Shot out to Judith the bartender she was funny and entertaining.

Needed a hotel room before going on a sailing cruise. Walking distance from airport. Not a resort but a clean and comfortable place to rest between legs of journey.

We stayed at this hotel one night as we were sailing the BVI and meeting on Tortola the following day. If we travel to the BVI again we will book a hotel downtown such that we could walk to other venues. The hotel itself is close to the airport which was nice but not in a great neighborhood. Travel by Cab, don't walk into town and don't venture off the grounds at night. There is a restaurant on the grounds, great food but service from the bartender was terrible (we actually got up and left after not being attended to after 20 minutes.) Ate there the next morning (only choice) and the food was great.

Fabulous staff, could not be better. I had NO hot water the entire stay. Room was comfortable, clean and well kept the entire stay. The restaurant staff was absolutely fabulous. Location was very good.

Worst experience ever. We were a group of four friends planning the perfect vacation for a weekend. When we arrived at the airport it was walking distance (don't take a cab). The room was almost clean except for the bathroom and the air condition was not working the first night. There is no beach at all and the closer one is not pretty. We spend the next two days taking cabs and planning what to do in other islands. So, if you are planning to relax and have a nice time close to the beach don't go there.

Close to the airport. Clean rooms, nice staff and OK amenities. No beach but only used hotel for short overnight sty.

Great place for an easy layover before and after your flight.

Much better than I anticipated - great location, beautiful views and a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Made reservation for two rooms, two months ahead of visit. Check in time was 3PM, we arrived at 1:25, let them know we were there. We were told to return around 3:30 - 4:00 and room would be ready. At 4:30 we returned and were told room almost done, would be 10 minutes. At 5:10 approached desk and rude desk attendant could have cared less regarding our wait. We were polite, but stern asking when we could get into our room. No offer of a free drink, etc. was made during our wait, although this same attendant offered same to other people waiting. We also requested a roll-away since reservation was wrong, Never received the bed! Had to make other sleeping arrangements ourselves. Lady bartendar was however very nice and did a great job waiting on a full bar.

close to airport and comfortable restaurant on site pool and small beach

The rooms were very comfortable and well received after 3 weeks on a boat. However, the partial ocean view was no such thing as it faced the airport side… no ocean insight! no elevator so be informed. Staff was ok, pool was a hike down stairs and the beach was a bulkhead. Not a bad experience, but will stay somewhere else if possible.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located by the airport terminal. However, telephone didn't work, not even to the front desk. Major TV network channels (ABC, NBC, CBS) did not work. Could not get any news on the Olympics. Wi-fi didn't work, either. Balcony was nice, and restaurant & bar were very good.

Needed one night stay. At the airport. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Late check in was a snap. Restaurant was nice. Casual. Food was good. Not local fare. Restaurant staff was excellent. Service is slow but that's the way it goes. Not slow due to lack of ability. It's the islands. I can't say how it would be for a long stay but certainly was very accommodating for our circumstances.

Great close proximity to STT airport. Rooms were clean, but the room type with 2 double beds was tight. Double bed seemed smaller than typical. Great on site bar and restaurant if you want a quick bite or not travel to have a drink. A bit pricey for what you get.
