Fall Special - East Beach home with pool!

The Via Serena is located in East Beach on St. Simon's Island. The home is located just over a block away from 11th St. Public Beach Access. This home sleeps 10 guests! In this beautifully designed home you will find a Queen bedroom on the main floor, Two King Bedrooms, Queen Bedroom, and Dual Twin bedroom. The home features incredible marsh views, heated pool, bikes, beach gear, and is handicap accessible!

Via Serena is located on the marsh and just a little bit over a block away from public beach access!
Bedroom layout:
- Main floor: King bedroom and ensuite (handicap accessible) bathroom
- Second floor: Primary King bedroom and ensuite bathroom
- Second floor: Dual twin bedroom and ensuite bathroom
- Second floor: King bedroom and ensuite bathroom
-Second floor: Queen bedroom and ensuite bathroom
*Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.

Parking:
- There is room for 3 cars to park comfortably! The host is not responsible for finding overflow parking.
*Please do not park on the grass* on Ocean Rd. by the front gate as this creates a hazard for those parked and driving on Ocean Rd.

Other things to note:
- Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am
-This is not a pet friendly home.
- Pool heating is available for $40/day.
- No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

St. Simons Island is a beautiful barrier island off the coast of Georgia an hour between Savannah, GA and Jacksonville, FL. A canopy of old Oaks covered in Spanish moss will greet you with true Southern Charm when entering St. Simons . If you are looking for relaxation, beach, pools for your children to splash in, award winning restaurants, and small boutique shopping, you'll love your stay in this home. A car, golf cart, or bikes are the easiest way to get around. If you are interested in renting bikes or a golf cart please reach out - we are happy to help you coordinate with one of our local preferred vendors! This neighborhood is also great for walking!

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped.
