This unit is conveniently located mid island, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's a quick two mile drive to East Beach, & pier/village area. 3TV's in Unit.

This condo complex has a large swimming pool located in the center of the complex. There is a fitness center for your daily exercise routines to stay fit while on vacation.

This property is on the first floor so no stair climbing with groceries. Also has a spacious screened in front porch for your afternoon enjoyment while sipping on your favorite beverage!

No parties, pets and no smoking. No golf carts, trailers, boats or recreational vehicles. 2 parking spaces per unit.
