Found several bugs in the bed. When reporting the situation the staff frantically offered a refund, almost as if to coverup the situation. Then when trying to finalize said refund the staff tried blaming the situation on me and refused to refund or offer any accomodations. Drive down the block to Holiday Inn!
no smoking in rooms,but numerous guests openly smoking weed .Coffee pot had no power supply,gap under front door was large enough for rodents
The hotel was terrible. A lot of people hanging outside sitting on the stairs smoking marijuana. It small terrible. The staff specifically evening were very rude. They advertise free breakfast but it's not true. The beds were very uncomfortable. Cleaning ladies were pushing the carts outside of the room early in the morning and they were extremely loud. So terrible experience.
DO NOT STAY HERE. Looks good on website but very run down. Fellow in the room nearby was wearing an ankle monitor. Many apparently homeless people hanging around. Perhaps the city pays the hotel to house them. A lot of pot smoking in the courtyard. But the worst of all is they kept our $100 "security" deposit and claimed we had smoked in the room, which we certainly hadn't. We have been trying to resolve this with them but they have stopped returning our calls. Feels like a scam.
This was a dirty rundown hotel with rude manager Steve. Room filthy smelled like smoke and urine. Moldy ceilings and bathtub. Overcharged and was told I was out of luck. Would never recommend to anyone!
Property was nice and secure. Looks old and bed is a little to firm but it was secure with no worries
Long story short my husband had a healths scare I called 911 paramedics came soiled all the sheets in bed.I asked for new sheets and the guy in the front desk won’t give me any because it’s past 10 am and it was noon he said.I told him the 911 situation but he didn’t care to listen.

Quiet hotel, staff stressed no disturbances will be tolerated, thank you. Pool area looked nice and clean, didn’t use use due to storms in area.
Rooms were filthy with stains in the bed on sofa and on the carpet. They had a smell to them. I was changed rooms because they didn’t have a clean room for me to stay. Do not stay here there are better places for similar price
Upon arriving I found it extremely difficult to find a way to turn on a light in the dark. Finally had to use the bathroom in the dark, which ended my rush. I had a lighter in my pocket, finally was able to find a light switch. The switch near the entrance did not operate. The floor lamp also did not operate.
Just dont like a smell of cigarettes at my room..but the roon is ok
You get what you pay for. Its been around the block a few times.
