I was twice in this hotel. The hotel is good, but very big. Sometimes needed a lot of time for check-in or eviction. I didn't like one of the dishes in time of my first visit. It wasn't fresh. Everything was OK second time. The location is very good.
I should say that there were a lot of problems in this hotel during the time of our staying (29th June 2017 till 3th July 2017) such as : 1) Air conditioner system of each room was controlled centrally and we weren`t able to switch if off/on whenever needed. 2) We had to pass a long distance from our rooms to reach the elevator. Imagine how hard is this when you have to carry you luggage on your own and there`s no staff to help you. 3) It seems that it was hard for servants to clean the room specially the bath. We had to ask them to change the used stuff (slippers, washing liquid and …) with the new one. 4) The quality and diversity of breakfast wasn`t acceptable. I wonder how Radisson supervise its hotels !!!
We stayed 4 nights on July 2017 as a tourist in this hotel with a tourist group. On arrival nobody from hotel crew helping us to carry our luggage to our room. The rooms distance was too far from reception and made a lot of difficulties for us during our stay. (Specially for old persons or those that had a kids with them) The room's bed was Twin and we asked for a two single bed in a room that was not available at that time. Our names was registered wrongly for our room that made a problem for us for using the WIFI as we had to use our real name as a username for connecting to hotel WIFI. The other big problem for this hotel that I've never seen in any hotel was AC. The AC is central for all rooms in this hotel and you can not turn on/off your room's AC seprately and you don't have any control on your room's AC and also making a lot of noise while is working. The breakfast bar is not appropriate for four star hotel. We didn't have that much choice and they are not making any simple food like Omelet in this hotel. I will not choose any other Park Inn hotel in my future visits in any other countries.
Hotel is a little below Radisson Blue level which I usually stay. Air condition was not the perfect but generally it was nice stay. Breakfast was ok. Many administration during check in and out but this is Russia
We stayed with friends for 3 days at this hotel it was so crowded. It is far from The city centre, but The have a shuttle bus. The rooms is standard. The reception staff was really nice but the staff in the main restaurant was very rude with us their problem they don't understand English. Food wasn't bad.
It's the worst hotel Internet I've ever met in my life. The hotel is mostly used for business trips, not for vacation, so I believe it's important for this type of hotel. And it's not that big investment to organize it nowadays... 😠
Good basic 4 star hotel Between the city and Airport. Room size is ok with good lobby and decent breakfast. Has good meeting facilities Takes too long on the reception to check in Room service and on phone assistance was poor.
I am baffled by the positive reviews. This is not a nice hotel. I stayed three nights for business and the location was ok for my purposes but terrible for sightseeing. Took me nearly an hour in a taxi to get to the sites on my one free afternoon. The hallways and rooms looked vaguely like a prison or, best college, a school dormitory. My room was freezing and when I complained, they said they would fix it but never did. I slept with a coat over me. Minimal provided in the way of toiletries (no conditioner) and the room was so dry that static electricity was everywhere. The sheets stuck to me, which I have never experienced anywhere else. Breakfast was bad, with over cooked eggs and not many choices. The restaurant available for dinner was a largely empty German beer hall, which made little sense in Russia. This seems to be a pit stop for bus tours and the lobby was crowded at all hours with masses of Asian tourists. They overcharged us for wifi at checkout, an experience that took over 20 minutes and caused us to be late for a meeting. I was relieved to leave.
One year has passed since my previous visit, so I have something to compare. First of all, the staff was welcoming and friendly like before, location is still OK and breakfast is good enough. Still this hotel requires some maintenance. In my room I found broken shower switch, but it was promptly fixed, curtains holders have some holes which make curtains derail when I tried to close the window. Moreover if you're unlucky to have window facing to the square then it'll be quite noisy in the room. I hardly managed to sleep in such conditions so only earplugs saved me. I suppose something was wrong with window as I could find some adhesive tape on it. Probably someone tried to patch the perimeter and make the room warmer and less noisy. Also since last year I could notice much more Chinese visitors which travel in groups. When I arrived at 1 am, there were two big groups checking in and only one clerk was at check-in desk. He did his best for sure, but I had to wait and finally got to my room about 2am. WiFi could also be faster, as it fits only for emails checking. Anything requiring more traffic loads like eternity. I hope management of the hotel is going to improve the situation in these areas otherwise this hotel is not worth of its 4 stars.
Ordinary hotel. Nothing outstanding. Close to the airport. To the center about 15 minutes by taxi. Moscow metro on foot 10 minutes. The rooms are ordinary. Transit you can stay for the night, but has now built a hotel near the airport. New good cozy.
