My last visit in St.Pete i tried the Park Inn Pulkovskaya after that a friend of mine highly suggested! The hotel is not in the pure downtown but in 6 metro stops you've all St.Pete around you! I found the room very cleaned (everyday i had water bottle complimentary, as well the coffee capsules!) and quite spacious. I tried only twice the Paulaner restaurant and they have very tasty sausages and original beef Stroganoff that worth to try it! Overall it was really good experience!! Next time i'll be in St.Pete i'll come back again here for sure! PS: ask for a room with street view, the sunrise on Heroes square is really beautiful!
It’s a good conference hotel but not good for tourists, takes abt 40 min getting to downtown. Check in and check out were very slow as students are working on the reception. Staff is very polite and helpful but only the reception speaks English. Room is not big although we booked a Business Room but well equipped. You can notice the Old School in several area. Free wifi is provided but very often disconnect and connecting requires more steps. Room was clean but we had problems with the cleaning service. They did not come to the daily service only on request. Once they left the coffee cups without cleaning and also forgot some items. Hair dryer is very low capacity and they can not provide a higher capacity one. Breakfast and Gym were fine. Houskeeping is fast and helpful. Complementary coffee/tea/mineral water in the room.
Me and my friend travelled to St Petersburg and stayed 4 nights in this hotel at the end of March 2018. It was a big hotel with good enough rooms and facilities. I write what we liked (and disliked) about the hotel. Positive: - Big clean hotel. - Easy check-in and check-out with no unexpected fees. - Helpful staff. - Beautiful view of St Petersburg victory square. Negative: - Room service could be better (changing the wet sandals everyday maybe)? - Breakfast is good, but the main food (like egg, steak, ...) isn't diverse enough and gets repetitive after a few days.
After a bad hotel experience in Moscow this was much needed. Quite standard for the Radisson chain, but luxurious and very comfortable and accommodating. I would certainly recommend this hotel as it was spacious, had a bar, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The food was excellent, a buffet style restaurant but I believe they had another restaurant which could've been more of a waited-on experience. The breakfast was especially good, with lots of added extras like breakfast buns already made up and fresh smoothies in cute glasses/ jars with straws. As well as these more kitsch and unique breakfast items, there was standard fry-up food, fruit, cereal and other things. The evening meals were also varied and would suit all tastes. It wasn't a massive buffet but it was of reasonable size, with a range of cuisines, and good quality food for all three courses. If you're staying in St Petersburg, stay here or at another one of the Park Inns.
This is a hotel catering for tour groups and convention attendees. Rooms and amenities are of 2 star quality. Breakfast spread although plenty, the quality was subpar. Personally I don't recommend it.
I have stayed there many times during my business trips to St. Petersburg. They have good facilities for business meetings, well organized. They offer room upgrade quite often. Rooms are spacious. Service predictable and welcoming. Few times I only had problems with windows and it was too hot in the room. Very good value for money.
Great breakfast served till 10:30, free, small but modern, gym... In hotel scope there is also Pulaner restoran and bar with live music every night.... Staff is great and speaks good English... Only drawback - hotel is really big so you can be far away from lifts... Definitely worth the money!
A great hotel for business customers, but not so good for tourists looking for a traditional Soviet stay. Rooms were clean and spacious enough, and food was of good quality and selection. Good entertainment on other. Hotel offers a spa and pool facilities though these were charged at 2000 rubles locally per 2 hours.
Very good personal. Trying to help. Not far from metro Moskovskaya. Cofee machine in the rooms. Very good varia t for business trips. Shuttle bus to Pulkovo Airport. Good English speaking personnel plenty foreigners
A professionally managed Airport hotel offering everything you would need for a one night stay while travelling. I felt welcome and comfortable. Friendly service and quick routines, modern rooms (though slightly overheated forcing me to open the window).
