The staff is unwilling to communicate at all. If so, they talk to you like if you were their dog. EXTREMELY IMPOLITE!!! - And this to an extend that it's almost funny again... The location is great and the room service is effective. The price is for the location, not for the place.
Very nice Bed & Breakfast in a great zone for eating and drinking in the evening. Close to the nevskij prospekt and not so far from the riverside at the beginnig of the canal area. Very clean rooms, all called with the names of seaside towns in the south of Italy. Sleep is a pleasure because you are on a one-way street not much frequented by cars. There is a fantastic kitchen available to guests for cooking lunch and dinner. Breakfast is not a buffet but cookend on the moment by the staff. Wi-fi runs very well. And for anything you need they are present to give you the best aid and support. Perfect place for standing in Piter!!!
I was stayed in this hotel can I call HOSTEL!.OK. Location wise it is great. I not going to say any thing bad, for their price that is OK. But their site says and build up as a some 4 star hotel. In my view this not a hotel. This a v.good hostel.Very simple bed ,a so called TV hanging on the wall.A so called locker screwed on the cupboard. Again I saying this is not a hotel. Very good hostel. My tour company booked this hostel as they said 4 star hotel for 3 days.19/20/21/09/2015 I stayed single night and I booked another hotel. The staff in kitchen is nice and always smiley face. WI fi good.I recommended my fellow travelers,If you select this hotel please you expect as a hostel you will enjoy your trip. If you thing as a hotel then your wise.
We had a private room with bathroom, apart from the shower curtain everything was great. The staff here were lovely. The lady whipping up huge breakfasts for guests was always smiling and happy to help (despite us speaking next to no Russian!) the manager spoke English and was there during the day so very handy. Location close to summer garden and siege museum as well as jazz bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and little food shops very close so can nip out easily for snacks/food. A bit of a walk right into the city but not impossible and umbrellas to borrow in case of rain!. It is on the 3/4th level this hotel so make sure you are happy with walking up stairs. Would recommend this hotel. It's small and good value but the staff make it homely and pleasant.
Thanks to the girl´s staff!!!!. Beautiful, intelligent, responsible and friendly Russian girls working there!. I thank them. All of them speak english and help with all the info. Loved the place, because you can walk round the corner and see where Sergei Diaghilev lived; cool new young places roun Linteny Prospekt, everything you wish for an artist!!! Thanks girl´s staff!!!. You are wonderful. You helped me to unlock my suitcase...I will never forget. Ahh.....and the best espresso around and so cheap!... I will come back.
We were a group and had a nice stay in this b&b Which is good value for money, nice situation in town. It is also quiet and clean. Staff is also Nice and polite. However we felt uncomfortable because of one man in staff. Landlord? He didn t communicate and talked to us as a soldier. Unhappy for anything related to what he had to prepare (keys, time, breakfast). This behaviour made us understand we were not treated as custumers but more as unwanted guests
This place is not bad - the location is OK, the staff are friendly, and our room was clean if a little small. However, we were there when it was extremely hot, so hot it was almost impossible to sleep. With the window open, there was a lot of noise from the street, including some music which went on until 3 or 4 in the morning. And I got bitten to pieces by mosquitoes which didn't help. On the third night, the reception staff loaned us their fan and a mosquito repellent thing to plug into the wall which dramatically improved things. If their heating is good, it would probably be fine in colder weather, but I wouldn't stay again in the summer months.
We recently stayed here for two nights. Our room was clean and good-sized since there were two good-sized double beds in it. I would consider this sort of an economy hotel- the room was attractive. the staff members were friendly. I had to use their computer and the lady was helpful to keep switching it to english, from russian. the location was convenient, about a 10 minute walk alongside a canal to the Nevsky bridge with the large horse statues. It is a bit of a challenge to find the entrance when you first arrive and then you have to walk up a few flights of steps. our room was quiet if the windows were closed. My only negative comment is that the breakfast is a bit spartan. You have a choice each morning of about 6 things- 2 boiled eggs plus a packaged pastry, or 2 fried eggs with salami, or 2 pieces of fruit, or porridge, plus you do get yogurt and toast, juice, coffee etc. They allowed us to leave our backpacks there while we went out for another walk around St. P before catching the ferry later in the afternoon. I would consider staying there again should i return. one of the pics shows the list of how much it would cost to replace virtually any item in the hotel- LOL
This is a family owned and family style small private hotel. We occupied two rooms and both were spacious and very clean. The washroom could be larger, though. The windows faced a small quiet street, so the sleeping conditions after long and tiresome exploration of the so many attractions were excellent. Breakfast was O.K. Located in an ancient building with a huge staircase, the hotel helps to set the mood to explore historical monuments of this great city. Personnel (the manager and help) were very forthcoming. There are a small grocery store and an inexpencive cafeteria a few meters away. All the four of us liked the place and could recommend it to others.
Amazing hotel for this price. We were looking for a hotel that can accomodate two kids and two adults in one room for a reasonable price. As we all know, reasonable priced hotel room in Spb during summer time is very rare. What we found was this hotel. We contacted hotel about parking space and already in email you can feel the welcoming tone. On arrival to hotel, staff greeted us warmly,we got our spacious room that was very clean and veyr hip. Staff asked our choise for breakfast and what time we woudl have it. One small minus, rooms does not have conditioner and we were not able to keep windows open, as they were on a road side. I can trully recommend this place, location is very convienent, staff is polite and warm. Rooms are spacious, clean and trendy.
