This hotel was a surprise for me because I really enjoed to be there, not only for the nice and gentle service but also because there were many details that I liked. The breakfast was extremely good in terms that fresh food , real orange juices , good coffee and in a really nice location...really well furnished My rooms was big and nice, confortable enough and with funny colours too I have not tried the Spa , it will be for next time.. Bravi
Good place for people in wheelchair. Big room, spacious, and bathroom with Good shower. The room its comunicated with another one, that its Great If you travel with personal assistants. Great service.
Loved it a lot. Everything is clean, tidy. Rooms are great and nicely furnished, breakfast is divers and tasty, lovely rooftop restaurant. So definitely recommend and will come back here again. Minibar is free of charge and personnel is also polite and helpful
Stayed for 2 nights while on business. Very comfortable bed, good quality food. Couple of tips - Room service a la carte breakfast is better value than the buffet Vsyo Na Svoyom Meste (Right Place Bar) just around the corner is well worth a visit
One would never guess such a large and spacious hotel looking from the street. The staff were all eager to help, and spoke great English. Although the exterior looks traditional, the interior is all quite modern. Great speedy elevators brought us to our 7th floor rooms. The elevators have a glass exterior, giving out to the atrium. Despite the central city location, the rooms are quite spacious, and have all of the amenities one might expect, including coffee/tea maker, fridge, and a walk-in shower. The sauna is a dry one. The indoor pool was comfortably warm, and had a bunch of surprises such as a swim-in-place jet current and areas to massage the feet and back. The internet service was fast. The front desk were helpful with recommending places to go, and so on, but the hotel has no dedicated concierge. This could make one feel rushed if there were other customers (although there were always at least two people at the front desk whenever I was there). Breakfast was great. The roof-top restaurant was pleasant, but the service was incredibly slow; dinner took us two hours. This was a pleasant end to our 2-week vacation which mostly took place on a river cruise boat from Moscow to St. Petersburg.
If you like quiet, beautiful and fairly center located hotels, this is one of the best in Saint Petersburg. It si clean, staff is attentive, rooms are in general big and comfortable. Breakfast is really good. In the summer they have a nice top roof terrace.
Excellent hotel , rooms large and well done . It has recently been redone whoever did the redesign did a fantastic job . Staff are very friendly and helpful . Both restaurants are fantastic . Highly recommend , about a ten walk to the Centre of things .
The hotel is on a quiet street, but still pretty centrally located. The room was a decent size, with supercomfy beds and an amazing shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, if a little chaotic on the first day. We also had drinks and dinner one night on the rooftop, which offers a beautiful view of the city. The food was good, and the service lovely. Really liked the design of the hotel, modern but with respect for history. WiFi was very good. Also enjoyed the transfer service from and to the airport; very nice car, and reasonably priced. Housekeeping respected the Do No Disturb sign, which is also much appreciated. The only thing that was not so good were the curtain rails. The ceilings are very high and it was really difficult to open en close the curtains. Obviously, as issues go, this one is pretty minor,
Overall, good value hotel. Quite new for the city. Good breakfasts, good decor, nice people. Very good roof top restaurant. The negative side, I would say too soft mattress. Sound insulation in the room should be better.
This Hotel is amassing they have quality rooms, the food is so delicious i had a wonderful moment being in this hotel, for those who are going for the world cup next year this is the place to be don't hesitate to do your booking you will never regret .
