Welcome to Bahia Vista, a hidden tropical paradise on Isla Del Sol! Minutes away from St. Pete’s Beach, Treasure Island, Tierra Verde and Fort DeSoto. Only 30 minutes from Tampa and 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg. This resort style community has something for everyone. Sip your favorite cocktail on the private beach, get lost in a good book by the pool, or simply melt your tensions away in the jacuzzi. For the more adventurous spirit, there is plenty of golf, biking, and fishing just steps from the condo. Take a 5 minute drive to nearby St. Pete’s beach to indulge in your favorite watersport, or drive 15 minutes to downtown St. Petersburg to enjoy a night out.

The condo itself is situated on the first floor of the most sought after building in Bahia Del Mar. It’s just steps from the pool and jacuzzi, but not overlooking them, so plenty of privacy. The fully furnished outdoor patio boasts panoramic and unobstructed views of the bay. Sip your morning coffee, while watching the dolphins swim by, or end your day with a cocktail while indulging in the breathtaking sunsets over the peninsula.
The condo’s interior has a modern yet coastal vibe. Both the kitchen and 2 full baths were recently renovated, with no expenses spared. Many high-end finishes, fixtures, and appliances. The kitchen and dining/living areas were designed around an open floor plan, and provide ample space to relax and unwind after a day in the sun. Pull up a stool to the oversized marble island, enjoy a meal around the dining table, or simply plop yourself on the large pullout sofa in front of your 65” TV. The kitchen has an abundance of cabinet and countertop space, and everything that you could possibly need to cook or entertain, including your very own wine fridge. The master bedroom features an ensuite bath, desk, vanity, pillowtop mattress, 50” flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Wall to wall sliders overlooking the bay provide breathtaking views from the comfort of your bed. In addition to these lavish amenities, the condo includes a second bedroom with a queen bed, second full bath, full size washer and dryer, and a designated parking spot.

Great view in Isla del Sol

We had a wonderful time and the view was wonderful. We saw dolphins twice a day and the unit was well stocked. Would recommend this unit to anyone!

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful condo. We have been visiting St Pete Beach for over 30 years and this was by far the nicest accommodation. The host, Angela was really kind and had thought of everything in the unit to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent communication and a really easy check in/check out procedure. We really hope to come back next year!

Von der Wohnung bis zur Umgebung war unser Aufenthalt sehr gelungen. Sehr netter Kontakt, toll eingerichtete und ausgestattete Wohnung. Besonders schön war auch, dass „Verbrauchsmaterialien“ in der Küche und im Bad vorhanden waren. Die Hotspots, wie De Soto Park, Pass a Grille, St. Pete Beach, Tampa, Sarasota, waren sehr gut zu erreichen. Super Urlaub. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gern wieder. Liebe Grüße Annette
