Food was good at the restaurant but the service was not
Very rude front desk attendant; no hot water available in the room; rooms are old and dilapidated and in great need of a renovation. Beds are uncomfortable, and the pool needs to be renovated. It’s very run down looking.
This property was great and the staff were friendly. All was a nice stay except for the old and uncomfortable beds. My partner and I barley slept and both woke up with back issues from it.
Great property! We loved our stay and if we return to this area again, we will stay here again!

The property is nice, its just very dated. The carper is old and it needs to be repainted. The in-room coffee is cheap and not very good. But it is in a great location!

Way over priced and the rooms have very obviously been smoked in. There were burnholes in the carpet and it smelled like smoke.
The resort was dated yet nice for its age. Although there is plenty of room for upgrade in many areas you can tell there is a effort to keep it neat and clean. There were some things I noticed that could be improved upon but the only things that really affected me were 1) the hot tubs, being that the spa is the big draw to this place the two hot tubs absolutely need some repair and attention and absolutely need to be cleaned. 2) there were some small coffee machines provided in the individual rooms but I never ever use them, god only knows what happens to them and there is no assurance that they are clean. I went downstairs the first morning for coffee and was surprised there was no coffee aside from in the dining room where I was charged $6.40 for two coffees filled 3/4 of the way. I mean really- Starbucks across the street was cheaper. I don’t mind spending money but I hate being ripped off and this was a bit over the top.
Had to pay $10 per night to use a microwave. Never been at a place that actually charged for this.
It was a 1 night trip to see a concert so not much time was spent at the resort. Overall a nice place to stay. Bed was very comfortable. Only complaint i had was the bathroom walls could use a good wipe down.

It is a great location but needs to be updated, I understand wanting it to stay nostalgia, but the carpets need replacing and the musty smell must be addressed
