It was one price in the beginning the when you trying to book a room the price going super high plus they charged me for the parking that are not even listed in there overview. Bad experience

The Hotel is older but well worth the money the view of the Gulf is beautiful and the beach is gorgeous I would go again in a heart beat

I do not recall that VALET PARKING ONLY at $$ a night was listed, Very Inconvenient as you can't just get to your car when you want.

UNFORTUNATELY RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR ROOM WAS A CONSTRUCTION SITE WITH LOTS OF NOISE , WAKING US AT 6 AM!!!! Was not a pleasant site looking out & seeing this every day! WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED THIS HOTEL IF I HAD KNOWN !!!!!

Do not stay here! We were charged for a balcony ocean view, we got a view of construction, and woke up before 7:00 AM with construction. Also it was valet parking, no parking at hotel, 15.00 a day, and nothing was said about that before the reservation.

We were down for two days. Hotel was clean. Construction going on next door to hotel, but noise was not a factor in the location of our room. There was no "self-parking" due to lack to space, but hotel did offer 24/7 valet parking. Hotel had an IHOP restaurant in hotel as well as The staff members bent over backwards to help us, whether it was getting us an address for a location to put into our GPS or map out our trip home.

No amenities, e.g., internet access, fitness. Had to go to a sister hotel to check e-mail. Bathroom was shabby. Long wait for elevator. Pool towels in room not replaced regularly. I believe this hotel was shown to be 3 or 4 star on the internet.

The Qulaity Hotel was amazing. They have a perfect location on the beach. We were a bit concerned about parking when we got there because of it being Spring Break but there was never an issue. The security at the front parking lot was friendly and helpful as was the front desk clerks. We will definitely be back again.

the location was nice and the beach was very close. Had a good time

It was fine a bit overly priced but I guess you pay more for the location rather then the actual hotel.

Got an upgrade to gulf view. Awesome view. Staff at desk very helpful. Fellow putting out umbrellas and chairs is top notch. Nice mix of residents, not rowdy spring breakers, just some nice ones. break down 33% breakers (that age) 33% family with kids 33% grey hair complimentery coffee, tea is great. Nice place

Nice hotel. Perfect weather. Courteous staff. Perfect weekend getaway.

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff and a little beach which was fine for us.

Great time! Spent time on the beach, gulf, and the pool! Beds were very comfy. One bad thing -- extra charge of $10.00 a day for parking.

Room was adequate, although bathroom was tiny. Carpeting in corridors needs replacing looked very old and tired even grubby. Staff were friendly. Would not choose to stay there again, although it was ok for one night.

I was supposed to have a certain view ,and i didn't see anything but an ugly parking garage/ Lot...

great place friendly workers convinient location

The hotel and our room was as described. The only thing that I could really complain about is that the room didn't seem to have any insulation for noise. The hallways echoed loudly and you could hear every movement made in the hallways outside our room, otherwise the room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was very clean and the private beach was great. It was nice to have the sandy beach right outside the hotel. This hotel is close to the shopping centers and short walk to the pier.

This was our fourth or fifth time there and we will always go back. We spent a delightful afternoon at John's Pass Village. The Walgreens across the street from the hotel is so incredibly convenient.

staff were unfriendly and did not appear to care about the guests. We asked for extra packets of coffee in our room and this was ignored. No one told us that you needed to pay for the use of the hotels lounge chairs, we had to find that out on our own. The entertainment was less than noteworthy!
