The Master bedroom features a plush queen bed, luxurious side tables, a dresser, a TV, and a mini fridge and coffee nook for perfect relaxation. Direct access to the backyard and a connected master bath ensures plenty of privacy for guests.

The second and third bedrooms each offer two comfortable single beds (a total of 4 beds), a high-end down-home luxury design, and a TV for added entertainment. The fourth bedroom is also equipped with a queen bed, plenty of seating, closet space, and a widescreen TV. These bedrooms and the common areas are serviced by a full bath with plenty of towels and modern conveniences.

The recently-renovated kitchen has every modern convenience, including an electric stove and oven, a coffee and tea area, and all the appliances you need for your stay. Guests have full access to the dishwasher and washer and dryer, and detergents are included!

The kitchen opens out into the spacious dining room and living rooms, so you and your loved ones have plenty of room in common areas. A center island bar with high-end countertops is perfect for preparing your morning coffee, serving up yummy meals, or leaving out snacks and drinks for loved ones to pick on throughout the day, and the dining room seats 6 comfortably and has a warm, homey wooden aesthetic. The living room has an enormous wrap-around couch, plenty of light, and a Smart TV.

There is also a quiet corner seating area with a desk for remote workers, evening planners, or students who need to hit the books!

Throughout the property, guests will find everything they need for a convenient stay, including fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and ample backyard space. We encourage guests to enjoy some time around the fire pit and find some rest and relaxation in our home!

For the safety, security, and convenience of all guests, this property is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and top-of-the-line Google Nest technology including smart doorbells, exterior-facing cameras, thermostats, and the highest speed wi-fi available.

Dunedin is famous for its beaches, pine forests, and the natural joys of Honeymoon Island State Park. Downtown Hammock Park has a wonderful butterfly garden and is a very short drive to Clearwater. Guests love this area for its year-round weather, top-rated beaches, endless shops, restaurants, and bars, proximity to Disney, and the area's many aquariums, zoos, and world-class golf. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the myriad water sports like kayaking, canoeing, pedal boating, fishing, jet skiing, sailing, diving, snorkeling, and more!

Most guests fly directly into Tampa airport, which is a simple 20-25 minute drive from the property. There are plenty of rental car companies, taxis, Lyfts/Ubers. We recommend guests have a vehicle to make the most of their stay, but it is very possible to have a great time taking rideshare and other modes of transit in and around the beaches, like bikes or scooters.

Guests can readily contact us via email, text, or phone. We live 15 minutes from the property and are happy to help with any guest issues. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any concerns with your stay or with the property itself. In case of emergencies, guests should call 911 or local police and also notify the host as soon as possible.

Guests enter the property via keypad door entry. We provide an access code 1 hour before check-in and the code is unique to your stay, so you never have to worry about losing keys or compromising on safety.
