Hotel is in very bad shape. We had a freshly renovated room the furniture showed otherwise. Half renovated with many hazards to navigate just to get to your room. Absolutly over priced and I wish I could get a refund! Don't stay here!

This hotel was under construction. the room they had me in the toilet kept leaking a puddle of water next to it all the time. The shelves in the mini fridge was rusted there was black mold over the shower head. The only good thing about my stay was the staff was nice and very helpful.

Convenient to PIE and helpful staff. Look forward to renovation.

Friendly Staff; but rooms were disgusting. My sister and I rented rooms here; had to fly in to deal with family issues. The rooms were filthy. My sister had a big stain on her sheets when she checked in. My room's carpeting had a huge stain in-between beds, and the carpeting itself was sticky, tacky, and uncomfy. Not a decedent place to stay. Not worth the money.

We came to Clearwater in March 2017 for a few days of sun, fun and Phillies baseball. The hotel served it's purpose of providing a hot shower and bed as we stayed pretty busy playing tourist. Observations: Hot tub jets inoperative, the pool was mostly in the shade and full of leaves by 2pm, the blow dryer burned up, toilet seat was loose, gym equipment was in disrepair and some access door locks were not functional.

This hotel is under renovation and construction . I do not recommend it at all . The hotel or customer service should at least have the courtesy of advising their guest of these renovations . The sound of a jackhammer from brick breakiing. tile was overwhelming. The whole experience was insane! I lease the room to take advantage of the indoor Jacuzzi and it has been broken for over a week . I do not recommend this hotel go somewhere else .

We were in town to see our granddaughter in her first high school play. The hotel was easy to get to check in was simple. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Nice room, comfortable beds. Reading light beside the sofa could have been a bit brighter (a common problem in hotels). Desk drawer was broken and in pieces and the shower was a bit skimpy - other than that everything was great.

Room was very warm arrived late n night had ta wait minute ta cool down only had sheets on bed so when it finally cooled off n fell asleep I froze no blankets. Pics on web look better then they are n person

Hotel was nice and staff was helpful. The layout of the King Suite is awful. The room is large but the television is about 15 to 20 feet away from the bed, making it difficult to watch tv from bed.

Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very nice & our room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Also having Quaker Steak & Lube next door was a huge plus! Convenient that all the beaches were about 20 minutes away. I'd say the value was the best we could've gotten. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Have stayed here several times and have always found it welcoming, clean, and a pleasure to visit.

I commend La Quinta as a great place to stay for a family vacation; amenities are fantastic, and the staff is always ready to help when is needed; location is perfect if you want enjoy Tampa and Clearwater as well.

This is the first time that I have ever seen the toilet seat without a seat cover. This is not a public bathroom but a hotel room bathroom. Also the shower head is long over due for an update, as are the dresser. The drawers stuck. That was a small thing. Other wise the hotel was fine. Not a very good location for finding food if you don't know the area.

Went for a 1 year anniversary get-away. This is a great hotel to stay in. Rooms are comfy & quiet, breakfast is great (waffles, egg sandwiches, bagels, etc.), pool and whirlpool are amazing, and the staff is absolutely helpful and make it a wonderful spot. We had issues where we were only getting 1 channel on our tv for some reason, told the front desk and they had someone in the room and issue fixed within 5-10 minutes. We asked for recommendations on dinner and spots to visit and they were more than happy to share, and they were spot on (p.s. must try Shepard's restaurant in Clearwater, all you can eat upscale seafood after 7p.m. right by the beach, too!). The location is good, about 25-30 min from Clearwater beach. They were one of the best priced hotels in the area.

I came to this hotel from orlando for my honeymoon and when I got here the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and I asked him goos stuff to do out here and he gave me excellent places to go and eat the room was clean very nice and home like and the location is good cause its like in the center of everything from 1min to 20mins aways overall I think this hotel deserves a better ratimg than what it has everbody is friendly I will 100% recommend this place to others and if I come back down here I will most likely come back here

Very good, except the staff did not run the vacuum in our room. We had spilled some things but they weren't vacuumed up. Breakfast was not bad, shower pressure was excellent. For the nightly rate we paid, it was a good bargain.

This La Quinta was very nice, the room we got was spacious and the bed was the best bed I had sleep in a hotel in a very long time. I definitively will be going back and stay again. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I was greeted with a smile! Thanks for the great stay!!

We stay here whenever we are in the Clearwater area. It is not the fanciest place, but the location on Rt 19 works well for getting to the beaches and family we visit - in fact you can get to most of the area within 25 minutes or less. We go north to the Honeymoon Island area and south to Bradenton / Sarasota area and it only takes 20 minutes to get to/from TPA -Tampa airport via Rt 275. this Inn has a large breakfast bar with plenty of tables, decent food choices, lots of parking & a very welcoming and attentive staff. SUPER value for the $$$. We have stayed here a few times and have asked to have our room changed or maintenance items addressed and our requests were taken care of IMMEDIATELY!

Very impressed with the staff, cleanliness, comfortable beds, and very well priced! I would definitely recommended this hotel. Pet friendly!

We stayed here because it was close to family, was not diapointed. Great free breakfast 6:30 am -9 am everyday. Room was clean and bed was good. Pillows a little on flat side. Easy accese to US19 and 49th st in Clearwater. Has Hot tub and pool and excerise room but did not use.

nice, quiet place for family or business
