We booked Knights Inn through Orbitz. When we got to the hotel we noticed first of all that there was absolutely no parking. We ended up having to cancel our stay because we couldn't park. The picture of the place on Orbitz is a big fat lie. The people that are staying there, live there. This place is a low rent motel.

one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed, I was stinking the entire time and I could not believe they are even renting this place. this place should be a public hazard and condemned. Two stars? should not even be rated

Everything was gross and falling apart. We stayed in room 240.. wasn't a door number on our door the door got stuck when we tried to open it. Paint chipping off the walls.. tv remote didn't work. Bathroom wood was chipping off... the sheets looked like there was pet hair all over it. Thank god we only needed to stay for 3 hours just to nap. But this motel is not worth it.

Don't go there for any reason! Nasty! Dirty! Stinky! Horrible!!!!!

The hotel was filthy. We called and asked for another room and were told they were full, but they did not offer to come clean the room. There was a bug in the fridge and the carpet and bathroom were stained and dirty. We ended up leaving.

it was an okay stay. nothing fancy, not horrible. Clean rooms

Exactly what we needed. A place to sleep and shower. Dated, but you get what you pay for.

this hotel room have a bug. a bug is on the bed. terrible...

My son and I arrived here around 11:30pm for a late check in, some of the guests arriving at that time were questionable as far as if they were actual night stay customers or renting by the hour. Our room was in need of cleaning, when I pulled back the covers to get into bed there were peanuts and peanuts husks in the sheets, they kindly gave us a new room, but the walls were in desperate need of washing and painting, dirt and grime on the bathroom door, my sons socks were brown from walking on the carpet. Not happy at all, and my 17yr old son did not feel safe at all. I have used this travel site in the past to help make my travel plans and will use them again, however, if this happens again, then I will change my mind.

Bad experience. Drug deals all in this hotel. Police constantly there.Glad we did have kids with us. Had to bring my gun out of my vehicle just to feel safe. Lounge was closed down but website did not say such information.

Good location, close to where we needed to be. Clean, friendly service. Good place tostay for the money. Resturant is closed, but many more nearby. Ok neighborhood for walking.

I figured that I would save a couple bucks for our Legoland trip by getting a simple room near relatives in the area. I was under the impression that the room was "non-smoking". When I arrived, it smelled like a smoker lived in there for about 10 years. My kiddo spotted a cockroach in the bathroom too. I didn't see it so I figured it was a beetle at best. I made my kiddo a microwaveable mac & cheese snack. When I checked the time, I saw 3 little bugs running around at the bottom of the microwave...while it was on. The second night, I saw a cockroach in the bathroom & one frozen in the fridge! I asked for roach motels. The front desk guy offered to move me at no charge to a "better" room. When I changed rooms, I noticed that the room smelled clean, the carpet was cleaner & there were no holes in the walls where critters could run in. The rest of my stay was annoying due to the next door guests. They would smoke near the front door, which was 6 inches from ours. The smoke would fill our room through the a/c unit. Since it was humid & warm, we ran the a/c or fan for circulation. When the smoke came in, we had to shut off the air flow. The good news is that we are still alive! :o) On a positive note, the staff were pleasant.

The motel was a great value and was very conveniently located. Easy to get to downtown and any other areas of interest. The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and the adjoining restaurant and lounge had good food and atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable and convenient. The room rate could not be beat.

The staff is nice. The pool and the rooms are clean. For the price I think it was a good deal.

The staff is nice, the pool is clean, and the air conditioning blows cold. For the price, I have been pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again.

While not a 5 star hotel, it was a very good experience. The staff was very friendly and willing to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. The premises are kept very clean. The location is close to many tourist attractions. I will return.

I ordered a room that had handicapped bathroom I received none was put in a room on the second floor the clerk was trying to be helpful but I was in a hurry to get to the concert that I drove 353 miles one way for

The hotel wasn't to bad it is in need of some TLC. But over all not bad till the last night in the room asleep and a RAT climbed across wifes arm not good

I stayed at the Knights Inn because a family member was getting married on Treasure Island. The motel (note...this is definitely not a hotel) is conveniently located right off the highway, but it is sort of in an awkward spot (difficult to get in and out of with traffic). The staff was very friendly (I only interacted with the man at the front desk and the cleaning lady). The grounds were clean, but it's nothing spectacular to look at... For the room: I had a smoking room...but it smelled like marijuana is consistently smoked at the motel because my room stunk of it. A lot of the furniture was messed up (the nightstand was basically slanted and broken, the TV was cracked but still worked). The outlets were very old and clearly need to be replaced (everything you plug in falls right back out...). The toilet leaked....constantly. At first I thought I got water on the floor from my shower, but when it kept getting more and more wet...I finally realized...Put a towel around the bottom of the toilet and it stopped (until the towel got soaked). The door locks automatically when shut, but the 'deadbolt' on the door is flimsy and seemed useless. The top/chain lock was held together by a screw (this was terrifying especially when a guest decided to pound on our door in the middle of the night). *I did not use the pool since I had family staying right on the beach, so I can't comment on that, but it looked as though you had to carry in the chairs on your own....* Overall - it's close to a lot of things and a short (approx. 20 minutes) drive from Treasure Island. If you only plan to sleep and minimally 'hang out' in your room it isn't so bad...Just remember - you get what you pay for - the rate was fantastic, but they could at least keep up with their room/decor/maintenance a little better...

We decided to extend our stay, but left to another Knights Inn, which was 100% better!
