The woman at the front desk went above an beyond or I'd leave a worse review. When we told her at check in we would have to check out before the 7am breakfast, she graciously gave us a bagel, cream cheese and cereal. Unfortunately, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower had hair in the tub and the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. The in room phone and alarm clock did not work. Thankfully, we were there for less than 12 hours but for $200/night, we should've at least had a clean bathroom. When I notified the front desk (different staff than at check in) during check out, she seemed un-surprised and offered no explanation or apology. I was charged the full amount. NEVER AGAIN.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The picture online made it look ok, but in reality it was in a shabby area. The signage was almost nonexistent. We drove past three times before we located it. The walls very very thin, you could hear every conversation. The room looked updated, but the pergo floors were so dirty that your shoes stuck to it. The only staff that were friendly were the two night clerks, so thanks to them. We won’t ever go back to this property.
We booked two non-smoking rooms (each with two queen size beds), when we went to checkin they had only one room which they offered. They asked us to contact Orbitz to find another accommodation since we they did not have the second room. Though I agreed to stay in another uncleaned room since it was too late (12.40 AM post midnight), the manager denied and ended up shouting at us to leave the property. She called the cops to move us out of the one room they gave us. We ended up driving around to find another property close by and stayed at red roof inn. By the time we checked into the other hotel, it was 2.30 AM on 28th Dec. We contacted Orbitz this morning and they told that the property denied the refund. We are at loss because of the bad experience and not getting the refund for the services denied for what we paid for. This is a terrible experience and I wish no one else goes through this. One we gat back home from vacation, I will share my experience on social media so others are cautious when booking their stay at this property. I hope Orbitz takes this incident seriously.
This hotel is clean and well-maintained. The woman who checked me in and out was very pleasant and accommodating. At this price point, I highly recommend.

The property looked refurbished and basic. The staff was pleasant. There was a lot of angry parking lot noise one night of the 4 we spent there. The grounds around the pool were lovely, and the pool looked inviting. The breakfast was basic: Cereal, fruit cups, yogurt, muffins, apples, bananas, fruit drinks, milk and coffee. The room floor was a dark wood look. It felt dirty, so we just wiped it down with spray cleaner and paper towel. The bathroom tiled floor had black looking stuff in the grout. The sink, toilet, and shower stall were clean. The bed, bedding and easy chair were comfortable and clean. No room service, but we traded in used toweling for clean each day. We would stay there again for the reasonable price.
