Booked a non smoking room, put us in a smoking room. I did asked to change room and they did. In room there was no microwave or fridge when is says it comes with it. When brought to their attention they said I booked a standard room and it doesn't have that but on the description it says it comes with it when I booked it. I had a toddler and baby with me which I need the fridge for their milk when I told them that he said they have ice. Okay that was not going to help! The whole building smells bad. Pool was dirty. Bathroom was broken/plugged. Bathroom door is so old that cannot be closed. Worst experience ever!!!

I booked this hotel on orbitz.com . When I got there cops were all over the place. I asked the desk and they said they did not know. NOT TRUE! The hotel has dope dealers selling drugs out of the rooms. I stayed there for 5 days and every night you could hear people walking around the halls at 3am in the morning slaming doors . Two people had there cars messed with and when I was leaving a lady was crying about getting robed. GO FIGURE!! Not a good motel at all.

Filthy hallways, poor waste management outside-trash everywhere, filthy pool. Just lazy management overall.

The whole place could do with an update, the place showed its age.

Stayed there march 22-26th 2016. Beds are comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Staff is friendly. I booked this hotel because it said that the hotel was renovated in 2015 but the hotel renovations were poorly done. Hotel still in need of repairs. This hotel is located right next to a strip club. My room overlooked the parking lot and strip club and I'm pretty sure a local drug dealer has set up his office in the hotel parking lot. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families but if you're just looking for a hot shower and a place to sleep this place is OK.

Stayed at the Knights Inn from 11/8-11/14/15. I stayed here for a baseball tournament and knew that this place was very cheap. My first room was room 120 in Building B. This was a non renovated room. I did ask for a renovated room but got placed in this one. I sent back to the front desk a little later in the evening and asked for a renovated room. I was told no room were available that night and to come back tomorrow. So I spent the night in the regular room. The room was definitely outdated and definitely needed repair. I had no chair for my desk, the bed was very squeaky and hard, the furniture was old and falling apart and the shower was slightly gross. The cable wire ran through the middle of the floor and the floor needed to be cleaned. I had three pillows on the king bed and they were not much bigger than the throw pillows I have on my couch. The towels in the bathroom was very tiny. They didn’t even fit around my waist. I needed 2 towels to dry off. The next morning I went back to the front desk and ask for a new room. I explained that room 122 was being cleaned right next to mine and I would like to have that room as it was renovated. I was told ok and I placed the room on hold until I got back from my game. When I returned around dinner time, I was told the room was given away. The new front desk person gave me a key to room 205 and ask me to check it out. I went upstairs and the room was renovated and had 2 queen beds. So I took this room as it was much bigger and nicer than the original room. Although the renovated room was bigger and nicer, it still needs some repair. It could use a new paint job on the walls. Also the bathroom door was extremely dirty. They never painted it before they installed it. Each queen bed came with 2 pillows and again they were very small. The bathroom towels were hit or miss. Some were just big enough to cover me and some didn’t wrap around my waist. Building C does appear to be condemned. There was an orange sign on the door and nobody went in and out of that building. Didn’t look like they were renovating the building so I’m not sure what is going on. I forgot to take a picture of the sign to find out. Overall, my stay was ok. Even though we had some communication problems with the front desk, they were all very nice and very accommodating. Since I was by myself and spent most of the time playing baseball or doing other things, I didn’t spend much time in the room. It worked for what I needed. I needed a place to store my stuff, shower and sleep. Are there better hotels in the area? Yes, of course. But I knew going into this and based on the price, I didn’t expect much. I would stay here if I knew I wasn’t going to be around very much. I wouldn’t recommend this place for people looking for a place to stay with their family for a week. Spend the extra money on something nicer. If I played in this baseball tournament again and I was by myself, I would stay here again. Just make sure you get a renovated room.

Would go back again convent to beach but view was not great Workers there went beyond to make us comfortable Beds not good they really should upgrade them But only 10 minute drive to beach Caution NO CLOSETS!!!!!!!' Served r purpose

This hotel was helpful although we booked under the wrong name. I was not a fan of the location at all

Place was dirty- one thin, stained light blanket. Called and asked for more pillows starting at 830am.. After asking about 10 times, we finally received them at around 9pm.. Lots of people just hanging around. Oh, and right next to a strip club. That would've been nice to know. No breakfast of any kind.. Very low quality in everything.. Not worth what we paid for..

staff was friendly and answered all questions that had, helpful right away, solved any issues right away.

Stayed for a week. Simple hotel that was good for showering and sleeping. The room wasn't in perfect condition, there were some spots and stains on the floor and the balcony was dirty, but overall I got what I paid for so I wasn't expecting some lavish hotel. Hotel is in a good location around a lot of different restaurants and stores, and about 15-20 mins from Clearwater Beach, and about 20-40 mins away from Tampa, all depending on traffic going to either place. I would return to this hotel if the renovations they were having during my stay were completed, and the rooms were updated a bit more.
