Staff was very friendly, was had everything you need including a small bar. Hot breakfast in the morning. Decent room but needs TLC. Shower curtain had a hole in it. Noisy. Every room faces the interstate. You can hear the traffic 24/7. If you are a light sleeper like me, do not stay there.

Great hotel for the price. Spacious room with two beds, desk, office chair, and an accent chair. Bathroom was huge with granite countertops. Room came with a mini refrigerator, coffee maker, iron, and iron board. Excellent suite style room for great price. Staff was friendly. Breakfast in the morning was more than the usual hotel breakfast. Includes eggs, sausage, waffles, and much more. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended!

Quiet... It was just me and the miss's for a night away from the family

I stayed only two nights when visiting Tampa. I wanted to go to different places so the location of the Hotel made it easy. I was able to visit the Dali Museum, St Pete, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City and Tarpon Springs. The ladies at the front desk were very polite, they provide excellent customer service.

Great Value. Clean and comfortable rooms. I have stayed here many time, and the quality is always consistent,

I have stayed at this location on numerous occasions during my travel to the St. Petersburg area. The property is consistently clean and efficient. For the price, I believe that this facility is a great value.

Overall, the experience was nice. I did have difficulty getting anyone to talk with about having a late checkout.

This is the third time I stayed at this property. On each occasion the room and the service were excellent, It is a great value for the money, and a consistently pleasant place to stay.

I like to shut down the air conditioner while sleeping and this problem would not be noticed with the A/C running. However, the fan in the bathroom ran constantly and it was noisy enough that it awakened me a couple of times. Another item was the entry door. The wrong hardware was installed and one needed to lift the door handle upward after inserting the keycard. The room attendant was nice enough to instruct me. The room was #229.

Front desk wasn't very friendly but overall nice place. $12 cab ride to Tropicana

The room was clean but the bathroom and air conditioner had a lot of caulking and patching of the walls. The carpet baseboard was coming off the wall.

booked a hotel room to stay in because we were going to a concert at Jannus, online this hotel "looks" close to downtown, but it's really a 15 minute taxi ride. If you just need a cheap place to sleep, it works - but if you need proximity to the downtown area you may want to look a bit harder

Close to I-275 but you don't hear the traffic in the rooms. I've stayed here before and would again without hesitation.

noise from the highway is to loud in the rooms facing highway. I couldn't get much sleep. solution; heavier/sound proof windows on the front to heavier sound dampening curtains.

Good comfort rooms, located less than 6 miles from Downtown St Pete (accessible by car in 10 min), very quiet even if close to a highway. Breakfast included. Very satisfied for the price paid.

At first when we drove up o the hotel my first impression was...... But when we walked in we were greeted warmly by the staff, lobby was clean. Our check in time was not until 3pm but the clerk checked to see if our room was available early which it was and she quickly checked us in. Our room was very cleaned the A/C was at the right temperature. There are only two things I have to complain about first the bed was hard uncomfortable to sleep on and second breakfast could have had a little more variety instead it was the same thing everyday and the coffee was strong and cold but other than that I would definitely stay there again. Also everything was close by which was perfect.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom door is extra wide, opened out and due to the shape of the room stuck out a foot from the wall when fully open. It was easy to run into the door in the middle of the night when going to the bathroom. The hallways were clean but the air conditioning and ice machine were not working on our floor. The soda machine was also out of many selections. The pool was clean as was the area around it. The towell cabinet by the pool was usually out of clean towells early in the day. The breakfast was good but items would run out as much as an hour before it was over and there was no more in stock to be put out which was not the employees fault. We had to leave three days early due to an emergency and the ownership was not inclined to offer anything in the form of a future stay or consider any kind of a refund because the stay was prepaid.

This is a nice, quiet hotel with the bare essentials. Very clean and tidy. Good bang for your buck if you need a place to stay for a night or two.

Good price, nice room, clean, convinant to attractions, great continental breakfast, helpful staff! downside no wireless in the room, only the lobby, could not hook up my tablet to the Internet. the height of the ceilings in the bathroom and hallways was maybe 7feet tall, making it feel a bit cavelike, might before of an issue with taller people.
