Ok to sleep, that's about it. There was nothing in the kitchen, not even a cup to be found. The breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bars.

The room had not been cleaned at all. There were onion peels under the sink and someones vitamin bottle was left just laying next to the bed on the floor. The toilet roll in the bathroom was empty and both the toilet and kitchen sink smelled like sewage.

I enjoyed the Extended Stay hotel for the kitchenette feature and the fact you don't have a maid knocking on your door every morning..which can be extremely annoying if you prefer sleeping in late. I liked that they will let you request cleanings on your own time or provide things such as silverware, pots, pans or extra towels etc. Internet connection was good too, and everything was very clean. At 3 stars, there aren't a lot of frills, but the price was extremely reasonable and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again.

For $50 a night I guess it was ok. We just needed to crash 1 night while in town for a funeral. Room had a moldy smell. Bathroom was not very clean. Hair on the counter tops and bath tub was dirty. No hangers, had to get a remote from front desk. TV reception was fuzzy. Beds were ok. Breakfast was a joke.

The staff was very helpful and made every attempt to meet my needs. My only complaint is that the building doesn't have a place to park for easy check-in and unloading. When I arrived it was POURING rain and there was no overhang to stop under, much less nearby parking provided. I was soaked by the time I reached the building from the nearest spot I could find, just to check-in! Not nice Extended Stay! Otherwise a good place to stay.

Nothing provided unless asked for and then had to wait for worker. Television with few channels....for short stay and one chair in the room

A good hotel for the price. I would stay here again. Short distance to St. Louis and about half way between Indianapolis and Ft. Riley Kansas.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was not fancy, but very comfortable. The room had a nice kitchen in it. I would stay there again.

We just needed a place to sleep one night while traveling. We were not looking for any bells and whistles. Yes, there were food smells in the hallways, but there are small kitchenettes in each room, and people were cooking, and it did not bother us. Our room was clean, and our bed was comfortable. We liked the Grab and Go breakfast in the morning.

Good hotel for the price. Clean room and comfortable bed. Enjoyed my stay.

Although my first stay here was not so great, the staff really made up for it. Really friendly, love that you have your own cooking space and access to washer and dryer.

We only went here because this website said they had a gym. They do not. The lady at the front desk was nice enough to tell us about a local gym across the street that was $7.75 per day for non-st Pete residents. Breakfast is VERY small and simple. Overall a very clean facility, room was modern and well maintained.

Great location that felt safe--this is a key point when I stay at a hotel as it is usually only my son and I. The staff was friendly and answered any questions or needs politely and professionally. Hotel was easy access from the highway--easy to get in and out of. Close to restaurants and close to St Charles which was hosting the geocaching event we were in town for. The Grab-N-Go breakfast was ok, but doesn't compare to a Continental. Because its an Extended Stay housekeeping doesn't come in daily which was perfect for me; I dislike people coming in and out during my stay. But some people may not be aware of this---they will bring you anything you may need such as shampoo, soap, tp or towels if you ask, housekeeping just doesn't do it on a daily basis. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

It was clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a few times and plan on staying again in the future.

For the cost of the room I thought the value was very good. The room was huge and my wife thought the decorating could be better but the room was clean, didn't smell and served it's purpose of providing a good nights sleep while traveling.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on helping me find things to do with my children.

This hotel is a short drive from everything that you need to get to.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They really made my experience a pleasant one.

Was not happy that they allowed the back door to be propped open so people could go out and smoke without using their key.

Our original hotel was closed to a gas leak, otherwise I would not have thought to stay at an extended stay hotel. It was SO MUCH better than I imagined it would be. The most important thing--there were safety features in place that didn't allow people to wonder in from the street after certain hours.

Thank you for choosing us. While we are glad your overall stay was pleasant, we are sorry to know you were not completely satisfied. Our front desk team makes every effort to communicate details on our amenities during check-in, and it appears as if we failed to share information on the availability of our dishes. To ensure cleanliness for every guest, we keep the dishware at our front desk. We have also shared your feedback about our breakfast selections with the appropriate team for future changes. We value your business and hope to welcome you back in the future. Sincerely, General Manager
